The lady helping me cut 600 bucks of fabric was so patient with us.. and helpful.... Thank u for ur customer service .. they need a fan to keep it easier to work in that area... I had to sit down.. it was pretty warm... Blessings.. Pat

Nice store, found some really good deals.Then as I was leaving the store manager was sitting right outside the main entrance smoking a cigarette, really bad end to a nice visit, would be nice if smokers could smoke where their stench isn't forced upon others, especially employees and even more so of the management.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Joanna. Inventory was not what it used to be...not sure why
