Just bought some Vans from this location, Cecelia's customer service was absolutely top notch! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out she took care of me- helping me pick out shoes, helping me try them on, & ringing me up. She was so helpful & had the sweetest soul!

Found timberlands here that I couldn't find anywhere else, we called ahead and Nate set everything aside, remembered who we were and had everything ready to go when we came in to get them. Awesome associate! Would give him & the store 10 starts if I could!

I would like to just take time out my day to say I have went to this location these past two weeks and James was amazing, helpful and very caring for me and my daughter! I recommend anybody that goes to that store to ask for him. I have never had such great customer service until I went to journeys

Not a word spoken to me or my family and we walked in ready to buy 3 pairs of shoes we had been looking for. I asked if they had a size for my daughter and it was like I bothered them for doing their job to go check. I’ll just order online from now on.

I bought some shoes a week or two ago and Alex was very polite and well spoken. When he could not find the particular shoe I was looking for he made sure I was satisfied and did not leave empty handed! The rest of the staff inside the store are super helpful and lovely beings. I would absolutely recommend shopping with them if you are in the market for a brand new pair of sneakers.

This store has become family to my girls! James, Kaylin, and every other worker takes their time and ensure we leave happy all the time. Also if it's not in stock, they'll find it and ship it quickly

The fact that it’s saying they open at 10am online and we have to sit outside the store because they actually open at 11?is very unprofessional especially when the manager is inside the store and see a bunch of people sitting outside waiting is actually upsetting
