I went to this shop today at 1:30 p.m. I sat down and picked my color. Ten minutes later, I was asked to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 2:45 p.m. today. When I got there I was seated and one of the nail techs started removing the dip polish from my nails. I sat another 15 minutes before someone came over to apply dip polish to my nails. The technician did a good job. However, the cost for dip polish was $52.00, not including the tip. I left a 20% tip because the tech did a good job. I gave this place 2 stars because I got to the appointment on time but I did not leave until 4:30 p.m. I should have not been asked to make an appointment only to sit there. A process that should have only taken one hour lasted almost two. I will not return.

I absolutely love this nail shop! The atmosphere is relaxing, the space is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They take their time to make sure every detail is perfect, and the quality of their work is top-notch. My nails have never looked better or lasted longer! Whether you’re coming in for a quick polish change or a full set with intricate designs, they always deliver. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a go-to nail spot. You won’t be disappointed!

First of all I couldn’t give a zero star so that’s why I put one. Anyway, they are very unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary. My mother went there to get a pedicure and couldn’t use her own tools (because it’s unsanitary to use tools after someone else). The workers went off on their own worker because of using personal tools for a pedicure. Should not have happen! Where is the respect for the customer and employee? She was told she could go somewhere else to get her pedicure. That’s not how to treat any customer you’re suppose to be kind, helpful and respectful to any customer, regardless of race, not the opposite. What goes around comes around.

This was my first time visiting this mail shop and I must say I was impressed Mrs Kim took great care of me and I absolutely love my nails. I live right around the corner this will definitely be my go to nail shop, My only regret is I wish I would have found you guys sooner. Keep up the great work.

This was my first time here. The ladies were very nice. There were plenty of workers and I didn’t have to wait. I live out of town and work in the area some. I’ll be back for sure when I’m in the area.

CAUTION: This shop is unhygienic and reuses pedicure tools from person to person. 0/10 I will never return.

It is a delightful and all-too-pleasant experience EVERY time we go visit Thang and his team!! They are attentive, accommodating, and very friendly - every single person who works there. Go see them and see why, I believe, they are the BEST in the area. Worth the trip! Thanks, Thang & Thuy (& your entire staff) for treating me and my husband like family whenever we enter your salon.

Terrible service.
The lady had to fix my nails over 3 times. Sat in the chair for over 3 hours.
They are not skilled. Do not waste your time going. I ended up settling for something completely opposite of what I wanted.
Worst nail experience.

I just moved to Louisiana and was looking for a nice salon. I had to wait for about an hour because only Thang could do the ombré that I wanted, but I wouldn't have had to wait if I had scheduled an appointment, so when you go, I recommend calling ahead. Once I got in the chair, it only took about 45 minutes for the service to be completed. It was about $65 (with the fake tips put on my nails) not including the tip but worth it for the good service. They took their time and were gentle with my fragile nails. This is the dip powder service. 5 stars for LA Nails!

Tang and his team are the best.
Quick, comfortable, clean facilities.
Easy appointment process and I seldom have to wait more than 2 minutes before I'm in the massage chair! A good value for the service.

Absolutely loved my experience today. I found my new favorite nail place. Such attention to detail, gentle and relaxing nail service and super kind staff. I can’t believe I haven’t come sooner. I will definitely be back and I’m bringing my girls. Thank you LA Nails in Slidell.
