I would 100% recommend Mr. Corey Bickham as your Sales Consultant. He made the car buying experience as easy as possible. He was professional and not pushy and was very nice which means everything when you’re buying a vehicle.

Talked to Melody on the phone and explained everything I needed the cash down and even all the information for my trade. She assured me it would be in my budget. I drove an hour and a half away only to be told “oh she just gets customers in the door”. The “deal” wound up being twice my budget number. She wasted my whole day and made me loose money from work. Save yourself some time and head ache and just goto Slidell Honda the staff there is world better than this garbage dealership.

I wish I could express my dissatisfaction more strongly; my son and I came across what seemed to be a fantastic deal on a GT K5 online. However, upon reaching the dealership and expressing interest, the sales manager declined to run a credit check or provide APR rates unless we committed to signing a contract. This felt quite shady and unprofessional. When we declined this approach, the sales manager became irritable and rudely jerked back the papers, stating that APR figures could only be discussed after going through the finance process or considering two cars.On a side note, the inconvenience was further compounded by the fact that we drove all the way from Baton Rouge to Slidell for this appointment. The entire experience, from the promising online find to the disappointing encounter at the dealership, left us thoroughly dissatisfied. I highly recommend avoiding this place; it seems to be operated by individuals engaging in questionable practices.

I had a great experience trading in a Jeep and purchasing another vehicle. The three sales people that I spoke to were Dominick, Eldridge, and Corey, all of whom are very professional and extremely helpful. If you're in the market for a new vehicle or used, I highly recommend Lakeshore Kia. They will all treat you like family. Also, the service/parts department is top-notch professionals. Phillip was exceptionally helpful with everything that I needed.

I’ve personally never been more satisfied with the pleasure of knowing the fine faces of this location. This team genuinely deserves more than what they hand out 100x over. They certainly make you feel like family and lifetime of support and access to the best service they can give you all here.Corey, Marty, Brad, Rachel, and Eldridge make the icing on the cake when picking out your new car along with other perks and such. Their team is outstanding and always willing to help and make things run smoothly and efficiently.I know it’s rough trying to make that car shopping process run smoothly, trust me, you will regret not meeting this dealership specifically.

Horrible Horrible Horrible the mechanics there must have not completed elementary school. Never bring your car to them biggest rip-off ever!!! Claimed to have fixed my turbo and adjusted the actuator and the check engine light is reading the same thing after bringing my kia to them 3 times!!! And the management sucks just as much as the mechanics. I give them a -25 out of 5 stars ⭐

TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!Went in more than a few times to get an oil change. The little box that's on the left side right when you pull up, we always have to cram inside it just to do paper work, and it smells like cigarettes SO BAD. The one lady, sweet as can be, but she does not stop harassing you about how to leave a review. They even go to the point where they print out the paper for YOU to go off of. Some questions they even want you to lie on... in person she explains to you that they NEED you to review them exactly as the paper says too... no, will review you the way MY customer service was. AND they would leave me three voice mails and emails to MAKE SURE you reviewed them they way THEY told you to too.We went in a couple months ago and they told me that I left them a horrible review... well I based it off of how MY service was. So they treated me differently, and they still did my service... I go to this dealership because it's the only one closest to me...Went in today and they told me that I am banned from getting service there because of MY review from MONTHS ago. How are you guys going to ban people because they reviewed you the way their customer service was given?!Isn't receiving reviews a way to make better changes/ get feed back to help the company?Just very weird, I mean, it's not JUST me giving them horrible reviews... maybe that's why they're harassing people so much so they could finally get a good review! Lol

Horrible experience with this place...the salesman I dealt with was nice to begin with but when I decided I wasn't going to agree to a $1,700 "Scotch guard" fee for the vehicle and asked is we could negotiate, he absolutely refused and said it was mandatory they do it. Then slipped up and said they come from that factory with it already on there. Not only that, but I got several harassing and completely unprofessional text messages from him later in the day after I had said no thank you and walked out. Save your money and time and avoid this place :(

The unfavorable reviews are legitimate. I made an online inquiry. Mary Hester salesperson followed up with a generic email. No call or text, or real attempt to make contact. I called Mary, she was extremely rude, interrupting while I was speaking (she stated, “not to cut you off”)and insisted I come in to the dealership to get any market value prices. They are not doing online sales. What’s the point of offering all the online services: pre-approval, pricing, trade in value, etc… I have an approval and check from my credit union, not interested in haggling or having unnecessary inquiries on my credit report.At the very least, if Mary is going to represent your company, teach her proper phone etiquette and basic customer service.

First time getting an oil change at a dealership and never again! I usually go to Walmart but they didn’t have the oil filter I needed for this car. My car is new. The next day after my oil change I was omw home from work from New Orleans headed home to Mississippi when my low oil light came on. I also had oil all over my car when I arrived home. I live in Mississippi and work in New Orleans. I came home to call them that morning when they opened. They towed my car to the dealership bc they didn’t know how much damage was caused but when they gave me my car back they did not refund me. They left my car with black marks all over my light gray interior. It’s obvious they don’t use plastic covers to protect the interior. This is a new car mind u. I didn’t have it long enough to have my interior falling to pieces like they returned it back to me. My new steering wheel cover was ruined. Guy tried to clean it while I was there but he couldn’t clean it all the way off so I went home to clean my own car for hours and I still can not get everything up that they did I will be speaking to management again. This has been a nightmare. I understand things happen but if my car wasn’t returned in the condition it was I wouldn’t be as upset but that on top of everything and the gas money it took to drive back and forth from Mississippi to Slidell several times and the deposit I had to put down for the rental and issues the one oil changed caused me is unreal. Do better Kia. One thing in all this Chris was helpful, nice, and accommodating. He actually rented a car for me in all this mess but besides that I had to put a deposit down to get the car. I’m not happy to have to go through all this bc of one oil change it isn’t okay and to still have issues within my interior that will not come up is a huge problem.
