DO NOT ! I MEAN DO NOT , SHOP HERE ! They are the true definition of of scammer. We walked on to the lot lookign for a vehicle we saw online , and ended up seeing a car we liked better salesman said it just got on the lot and that it was going to be listed for 40K so we said okay , had the trade to get a price on it got the price and we asked if they would come down alittle on the new vehicle we were looking at and no hestation they said yes what would you like it for we offered 38K , they said of course . Great so they ran numbers we liked them , asked if we could sleep on it for a night and contact in the morning , next morning this vehicle we agreed to buy for 38K was now listed on the website for 38K ! we didnt even say anything what ever our lost , we go back GO INTO THE FINACE SIGN ALL THE PAPER WORK AND LEAVE THINKING WE COULD COME GET THE CAR ONCE THE NEW WINSHILED WAS ON IT , NOPE GOT A CALL THREE DAYS LATER SAYING THE DEAL COULDNT GO THROUGH , Bank wouldn't accept it . they said they would continue to work on it , 4 days go by we here nothing . So i call them and tell them forget about it we found one else where . We had some back ground check down and found out that they were sending it to the bank as 40k ! WE ARE SO UPSET AND SO GLAD WE DID NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM ! WE FOUND AN AMAZING DEALERSHIP THAT GOT US EXACTLY WHAT WECTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND NEEDED AND GOT THE JOB DONE ! STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! STAY AWAY FROM HERE !

Over a month to repair two plastic inserts and a moderate dent on front quarter panel. They tried to get us to buy a whole new quarter panel instead of simply pulling the dent. A month later we are still awaiting your vehicle. We should have gone to an independent shop. Lesson learned.

I've never had an issue here. Service can take time due to the amount of customer they deal with. Staff, especially the service rep are polite and accommodating. Veteran friendly.

Collected quotes for a new telluride order from multiple dealerships in the area. Finally got one at MSRP. Contacted Lakeshore and told them I have an MSRP quote, if you can match it I'll order with you. Via email they said "Need you to come in, wouldn't be a wasted trip." I went in person and they wouldn't budge from 4k over MSRP.So let me get this straight, I told you I have a quote for MSRP (printed, proven one from other dealership) and you made me drive an hour out of my way just do do a bait and switch that wasn't even in the same ballpark? I will never do any business with the Lakeshore dealerships ever again and will actively dissuade all those I know looking for cars from patronizing this disingenuous and deceptive bunch.

My wife and I went to purchase a new vehicle for her and I can say without any hesitation that this dealership is absolutely unethical and ripping people off in the worst way possible. We were referred to them from a mutual acquaintance also in the car industry. (We will get to that later.) To start we saw a 2023 kia forte gt online listed at an msrp of around 25k. When we went to the dealership the car was stickered at 27,010. Still not a great way to start the experience but i thought what the heck. After a test drive the wife decided on a car we sat down with the salesman Eldridge to go over numbers. Not long after they come back and hit us with a final number just over 34k. I also work in sales so i expressed my issue with the pricing and wanted the 3k market value addition removed. I was told that they would have to leave that on the deal to get us to the monthly note that we wanted so they could move numbers around, so I figured I would just see what they were going to offer. Needless to say after sitting down with bruce in the finance office they hit us with an outrageous interest rate ( we dont have horrible credit ) that had we purchased would have put us paying well over 55k for a 27 thousand dollar car. I told them that was not going to work and we left. Fast forward to the day after. Apparently the person who made the referral for us must have said something and all of a sudden they were willing to sell us the car at MSRP of 27,010. Like a blind fool i thought ok, now we are talking. Lets go get the car. Nope! Wrong Again. They only wanted to drop the interest rate 2 points and when we asked for a purchase order to take to our own financial institute for a better interest rate, not only did the manager Marty not give us one, but now all of sudden he would not honor the deal of MSRP if we went through our own bank . He would not even tell us that himself he had eldridge call us with that lovely information. Total load of bull. That led me to believe that they lied the whole time about the actual sales price of the vehicle. ( They were never actually going to sell the car at MSRP.) Why else would you not want to move/sale a unit when all you had to do was give the buyer the purchase order and they would have sold a car that day. They are scamming people for thousands of dollars on their vehicles and had I not been in the sales industry myself I would have been completely unaware. We will never be going back to Kia of Slidell or any affiliated dealer on the service road ever again and will make sure that everyone we know takes their hard earned money elsewhere. Dont fall prey to the unethical and manipulative practices of this dealership. You Have Been Warned.

The gentlemen here are professional and proficient. They work closely with insurance companies to ensure you get the results you will need. They are pretty busy so call ahead and plan to wait. They will fit you in and keep you informed of their progress.

The food was delicious, especially the cheesecake. I always make it a point to order the cheese cake every time I go there..... Oh wait! This is a place I've never been to in my entire life, but was apparently close enough to the restaurant where we ate that Spying Google apparently thought I was there. I have no idea how good the collision service is. My advice: don't have a collision and you won't have to know either.

My car battery died which should be no surprise since the vehicle is over 4 years old. I took it to the dealership and they were able to work me in and replace the battery right away.

I actually wish I could this review could have ZERO stars. My fiancé an I saw a car online that matched what we were looking for. I scheduled a test drive Friday in the evening. With pending excitement we didn't even mind the hour 1/2 traffic ride to get there! ... we arrived on the lot an a sales person was outside an helped us immediately. I showed the gentleman the vin of the car I researched an he got the keys an we looked inside. I asked a couple questions an mentioned the sticker price on the car. The salesperson said without hesitation, the sticker price is incorrect at 32,040 an that it was actually 39,000. I asked the man if he was joking . He assured me that he wasn't. I then asked for a manager an was told that one was not on site. I got so upset that I previously spoke to someone that assured me the car was for sale at the price advertised, otherwise I would have not waste my time or gas to go test drive it. Completely frustrated! .... However, I took a chance an went to another dealership near Kia and ended up driving away with SUV that night. So glad I was saved from being ripped off from KIA!
