On Tuesday 1/23/24 I was traveling to GA from Fontainebleau State Park, so just started and the check engine light comes on. I called and spoke with Jacob and he got me in straight away. I was able to rent a vehicle from you and by Thursday Jacob called and explained that they could not detect the issue but the light was off and they could not get it to come back on. The team was great. I was able to park my Camper on the lot. Thank you very much.

We had a great experience from start to finish. John(Sales Associate) helped my son pick from a great selection of vehicles. We arrived at 1030a and we were on way home by 1:30p. I would also mention that Mr Mike(manager) was very helpful and courteous. The financial manager made the paperwork process simple and easy. This process was worth the 70 mile drive to the dealership!!

I can’t thank Blake enough for the easiest vehicle purchasing ever. My husband and I have bought a few vehicles at different places and yesterdays process was fast! Blake Beeland was extremely professional and made the car buying process super easy! It’s no wonder I’ve been back not once but twice. All 3 vehicles were a smooth transaction. Actually, Legacy was able to deliver our Yukon. Boom, just like that it was in my driveway fueled up and everything! All around GREAT experience every time, will be back for the next one! Made an appointment to have my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 serviced on Friday, 12/8 at 10:00am. I arrived at the service center slightly before 10:00am. I had to wait on my vehicle at the dealership. I have no problem waiting a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, I did not leave until around 12:45pm. 2 hours and 45 minutes to have my truck serviced. This is unacceptable. I could have done the same job in my driveway with no car lift in under 30 minutes. Perhaps better management of appointments and walk-ins could help mitigate the wait for customers who make an appointment. Also, if you're taking in so much work by appointment that an oil change has to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes, then you're taking in more work than you can reasonably do. I was one of multiple people that made appointments for standard service and had to wait for over 2 hours. Suggest this gets addressed.Everyone at the service center was welcoming and polite. Just the wait was far too long.

Always a pleasure going to Legacy to have the services done on my vehicle. They are always friendly and courteous. The services are pretty fast once you have an appointment set up with them. The place is pretty busy so I’d recommend dropping the vehicle off and returning once they call you, not too long of a wait though. Their waiting room is comfortable and provides refreshments such as coffee.

We were in the market for a new truck. I have previously purchased a truck from Legacy and was completely satisfied with the service I got there from the sales team and with the service department.Sammy and Olivia helped us get the new truck we were looking for. They were extremely helpful and thorough with making sure we were completely satisfied. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership and the sales team that we used. Thanks so much for your help, Sammy and Olivia. My wife will probably be looking to trade her vehicle in pretty soon. This is the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership buy song a new car. I have bought from other Buick dealerships and other car makers and none have even come close. They gave the quickest and most thorough information with the least amount of time spent on the lot. It was worth driving out of state to visit this dealership. Product expert, salesman and financial office all worked together and brought me a great deal!!!

Mr Robert Mena was very pleasant and informative. I am pleased GMC has both dealership and GMC Legacy informing me of the next issue to be serviced and the cost. So I can maintain optimum quality of life in my Acadia. I will be back to continue maintenance on my "Baby Girl "

Customer service is TOP notch here at Legacy Buick GMC (used car side). Had a minor issue with a truck I had recently purchased. Called Mike the manager and told him the situation. He asked me to bring it in and they would do a diagnostic on the vehicle and ensure a timely response. I arrived early the next morning and without hesitation, Ms. Kaitlyn (the service advisor) jumped into action. Although the service department was slammed, both Mike, Kaitlyn and the service department took care of the issue. They were able to fix the vehicle the same day. Kaitlyn portrayed excellent customer service and even had a driver bring me to grab some lunch!Glad to have had the chance to come to Legacy Buick GMC in Slidell. I HIGHLY recommend for your next car purchase.Huge thank you Mike, Kaitlyn and service department.

The is my second Sierra I purchase from Legacy in 3 years and this experience was even better than last time! I called and told them the truck I wanted, told them I moved to Atlanta and that I was flying in to buy it. When I got there the truck was clean and sitting in the front of the dealership like I was the president! The experience was unmatched. The process took less than an hour. I’m definitely a Customer for life!

After talking with the service manager and understanding some of the changes, I understand why the products used were used. Also, questions on the recall part were answered and taken care of. So, just to know, the service manager took the time out of his day to address my concerns and change my view of my service. Great job guys on caring about your customers concerns and helping us understand things better.Overall, the service time was great, but I was surprised to know you get a free oil change you guys use cheaper oil filters. With a regular oil change that's paid for you guys use ACDelco filters. With the free oil change you guys use Car Quest oil filters. Also a little disappointing my recall part has not been changed yet even though I've been told each time I came in the part has been order. It's no way to get a 10 from this.

do not buy from these people, they are everything negative, bait and switch, sleazy that you have heard about car dealers. called about a $90,000 yukon denali, spoke at length with a will southhall, after being told that the sales manager, damien dudenheffer, was off that day. southhall was told that if we could cut a deal today, then i would buy the car, cash, via wire. he said he would get back to me. the next day duddenhoffer calls me back and tells me the car was sold THAT DAY. so the car was sold AFTER i was trying to make the deal, without even the courtesy of a call to inform me that we have another offer, can you do better? i also left a message for adam bowen, the owner, who did not return my call. if this is the way they treat new business, stay clear, also read the service reviews, how negative they are. the only 5 star reviews must be employees.

extremely sad when you OVER pay a so called car dealer for a car that you can't even drive for 3 months bc the so called dealer has a "special " place to get papers notarized and he can't even get it done. at all. so your stuck with a car u can't drive bc u can't get paperwork. never again will i deal with henry p. or whoever he works with. crooked ah. but i pray the best for u dude and hope u find Jesus before your karma does. thankGod im saved bc idk otherwise
