I highly recommend this store. An incredible saleswoman helped us a lot, and I ended up buying more than we needed. We went to buy a refrigerator and also brought back a soundbar. An incredibly polite and attentive girl. Isabella knew how to captivate and encourage us with our purchases. Thank you for the excellent service, Isabella.

I spent $1800.00 on a TV and a 180.00 on a tv wall mount. Decided I didn't need the wall mount and because I didn't get it back in 2 weeks their policy is not to give me my money back. The package was unopened and I spent all that money , you would think they would be glad to work with me. I will never buy anything from there again. in the market for a refridgerater
, dishwasher etc. but will go somewhere else. It won't be long before Best Buy goes out of business too. Looks like everything will have to be bought online. at least you can return things.

Gabby is a rockstar! She had observed that I was looking at the laptops and offered assistance immediately. I had a vague idea of the kind of specs I required in terms of processor, memory, storage, GPU, etc., but when I revealed my intended use for it, she appeared very knowledgeable about my potential needs, and patiently explained features that I did not fully understand. Although I made it clear that I was not ready to purchase just yet, she took her time with my concerns. She even suggested ways that I might save money on products and services through membership, price-match policies, and future sales promotions. I left feeling much more prepared to make a decision, and I had a more positive impression of Best Buy overall.

My favorite place to go when we need anything electronic. The only place I go to purchase my TVs(they have the best series of TV quality), smart watches, earbuds, games, cameras etc. Never had any kind of issues with anything I've purchased here at Best Buy!

I haven’t had a bad experience at this particular Best Buy. All the stuff are always nice and helpful.Although at times I find myself trying to find someone to help me with something if I can’t find it, but they’re more than happy to help.

I purchased a lap top and printer on 8/9/25. The associate Bethany R. was extremely helpful ,spent a lot time explaining everything so I could understand. Very patient and sweet.You are very lucky to have such a competent person on your staff. Pat Herrmann
