The customer service at this location is poor at best. I've never seen some of the laziest workers ever!!! Trying to get help with anything seems like an overwhelming task when you ask anyone in the store. I will definitely be taking my business to Home Depot.

Do not purchase appliances at Lowe’s. Even with a warranty and a brand new washer under a year we are on week 3 awaiting a repair service!!
Lowes does not follow through and doesn’t grant their warranty—— a waste of money! This is an extra warranty purchased!!
First, they lost the service call.
Second, Lowes did not escalate our service request so it was just sitting with QUE.
Third, we had a service appointment set up and we talked to service provider however , Lowes did not provide a means of the company(Casual Appliance repair technician) to be paid!!! Wow!!!
Fourth, waiting at our home for someone and it does not follow through!!
So after spending thousands on a brand new washer and paying for a warranty it is almost a month without a washing machine. We have waited patiently and have made at least 20 calls!!!!
Perhaps Lowes can pay for our visits to the laundry mat and then they can take this new washing machine back and we will go to Home Depot to purchase one!!!

We went to the Lowe's in Slidell to take advantage of the Black Friday sale and look for a new dishwasher, as the original one in our house had just died and we needed a good deal. Did the usual research and decided on a new Kitchenaid model, so we picked it out and gave our information to the man at the desk in the appliance department. Got it delivered a few days later........and then nothing. Apparently, this store only uses ONE appliance installer, out of Hammond (they also do draperies, among other things), so after a couple of weeks we finally got a call back from them and they scheduled an install for last Thursday afternoon. I took off work and waited all day for them to show up, but nothing again. Managed to reach someone at their offices the next morning and they swore they would be out that afternoon, so I took yet ANOTHER day off from work and guess what? No one showed up on Friday either. At 5pm I drove over to the store and managed to find a manager to speak with me, but any hope I had of eventually resolving this problem of a dishwasher in a box in my dining room was soon over, as he could not have been less interested in hearing my complaint, nor his telling me that they would email and call me to discuss a resolution. No phone call or email yet, and it has been almost a week. I'm still doing dishes in the sink, while staring at a very large box with a new dishwasher inside of it and am out over $1,300.00 for the privilege of having it in its current state. Yes, we did also pay for the installation and got soaked for another $40.00 to take the old one away, but you can bet this is the very last time we will be in this situation. Home Depot has my business once more. By the way, if anyone from Lowe's happens to read this review, don't bother calling me. It's a little late for apologies.

On October 21, 2022, I went to Lowe’s to make a purchase for flooring. Prior to that date, I have worked with Freddie (which was an amazing associate and extremely helpful) when the order was placed, there was a different associate who Assisted me and we set the delivery date for November 6, 2022 (which is on my receipt) on November 6, I stayed at home with the expectation of my flooring to be delivered to my home and at 4:26 PM that day, I called the installation Team and they informed me that I was not going to receive a delivery on that date and it was for the next day. I was a little disturbed, because that was not the date that was agreed-upon and because I worked that date, I had to move it to Saturday, November 12 because that was my next off day. I received a call on November 11 reminding me of the delivery and that it would be between the hours of eight and two. I was OK with that time.
On Saturday morning around 6:15 AM, I received a call, asking me if I could accept the delivery that early, I was happy about it and I told them to bring it because being that early, it doesn’t interfere with my day. When the driver came to the house, he asked, where did I want the merchandise and I told him to place it in the living room, and his response was that this is a curbside delivery only, and they do not bring the merchandise inside. At this point I was a little upset because I was not told this and I just shook my head and walked inside. The driver plays two pallets of merchandise and the driveway. Once he completed, dropping off the merchandise, he gave me the paper, and he smirked and slightly giggled because he knew that I was not happy about this and I continued to check the merchandise, signed the paper and let the driver leave.
I spoke with service pro that following Monday and we set an installation date for November 21, 2022, and the crew with arrive at 8 AM. Upon the arrival, I walked the floor with one of the installers to verify which floors were being done and surprisingly, Lowe’s did not have the instructions for the hallway or my master bedrooms closet on there. When I looked at the paper, I saw the dimensions for the hallway, and I explain to the guy that the hallway is right here, and it would be pointless to do majority of the house and not do the hallway. After he talked to his boss, a few hours later, the boss told them that they had enough merchandise to complete those rooms and to do it. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call stating that there was moisture on the floor and they had to wait 72 hours to, allow the floor to dry out, and to rent a dehumidifier to help dry out the floor. He then stated that he will be back on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 (which is more than 72 hours later). At this point, not only am I upset because I have already ran into issues with getting my flooring project completed and the experience was worse than I ever anticipated. I told the manager that at this point they pretty much have me by a rope in this is very unfortunate.
The original plan was during the installation, I planned on staying in a hotel room, so that I will not be in the way of them installing the floor, and now, since the day has been moved, I had to brainstorm on where I was going to stay. The manager of the contract company told me that the house was still livable, and that I could stay there in the meantime, and I then informed him that my bed was not at the house, and I moved it to a storage facility until this was completed. And when I got off of work that day, I came to the house and looking at the floor, the floor looked incredibly dry, and there’s dust everywhere in the house, so the thought of me being able to stay at the house, was a pure joke in itself. I text that manager and told him that I do not see any moisture, and he called me that Tuesday and explain to me that a lot of times the moisture is not visible by eyesight, and they used a special device to determine whether there was moisture, and I then asked him is Wednesday the earliest date that they can get to me and he

Purchased a whirlpool French door Refrigerator/freezer July 5,21 . Had cooling issues and now does not work. Called your slidell location to speak to a manager and was told I would get a return call back. Still waiting

I love Lowe's because they have more of a variety of items fir a mobile home and if the don't have it they will order it plus they cut glass and plastic glass as well and they are very reasonable and they price match now I love that too ...

I called Lowes yesterday to see if they had a certain part of a door knob. I had Austin on the phone. He told me that they had what I needed and that his name was Austin. I was going to go in a few hours to get what I needed and then thank him because he was such a help on the phone. So a few hours later I went in and asked for him. He had the piece that I needed. So not only did he approach me with a smile, he then proceeded to literally show me how to use the part. I just want to say that he was such a pleasure and wonderful customer service. I even went into my work today and told them how great he was. Customer service has gone down the drain and judging by Austin, I have hope. Thanks!

Ok went in here today to look at the Christmas stuff and they don't have a lot,but the things they got is sooooo cute. I wanted it all..lol.The only thing is there Price's are to high for that stuff. All it thought. Yes I got something had too couldn't live wlo it..lol..

We are here most likely once a week if not more. It's your typical home improvement store, but what I like about Lowe's instead of Home Depot is the customer service and the way the store is shopper friendly. I'm not a construction worker so stepping into a home improvement store is usually always a chore for me. Not with Lowe's. They organize everything in easy to find sections in the isles and everything is easily labeled. The customer service is always over the top. We love Coach and Zach and they make us feel very at home when asking questions about certain projects. We never ask the staff too many questions that they are frustrated. They are always down to stop what they are doing to help us!

Just your average Lowes store. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have all the basic supplies and decor. Lumber, plumbing, electrical and tools. Must be new since it wasn't on yelp.

How does the saying go? "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Well in my case, I have at least one. My washer and dryer work fabulously, finally! You guys sold us a faulty dryer that took 3 weeks to get it, after we were told a week. Once we did-- it smelled of gas. The appliance guy tried to blame it on my husband even after we had the gas company come out to inspect. Your assistants never offer assistance or acknowledge customers. Some of them point you in the direction of where the item you're looking for may be located. Please get it together!
