Slidell Louisiana store Wish I could leave 0 stars, ordered washer and dryer to be delivered and installed received text saying delivery between 2pm and 6pm to be delivered 15 minutes from my home at a apartment and it was noted for driver to call when on way. Well at 1:15 I get a call he was there told me he would give me 15 minutes to get there or he would leave but would put washer dryer outside note I paid for installation also, we rushed to apartment to get there and driver was pulling out as we were pulling in he took washer dryer with him. Most rude people to deal with at Slidell Louisiana. We pulled in at 1:35 pm

Just moved to the area, and this Lowes shocked me. The pickup process was smooth, I didn't know what to do, but help was offered immediately upon entering. I came back a few days later to buy a refrigerator. We had Khai J. help us, and they were really knowledgeable and helpful. We were paying with Progressive Financing and just knew it would be difficult. They made it easy and were able to explain the need for a service plan. They also explained in detail how the shipping and delivery would work. The excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. The store is well stocked and clean, and the online locations are correct for where the item is placed in the store. Also, employees don't just walk by you the acknowledge you, and ensure you find everything needed. Sad to say the register and I were having problems(press cash and it lights up where to put) and that attendant help quickly as well. Great experiences 3x thus far in one week.

It's great if they have what you're looking for but heaven forbid you need help. Service has improved in the last few months. They always have what I need. Some good deals on after Christmas. They are giving there employees more training it seems. Just be sure you know what you need because you will not get any help.
