The dealer was very nice BEFORE HE WAS PAID AFTER HE GOT PAID. I called to ask a question about the 90 day warranty he promised. And he got VERY VERY RUDE. Hung up the phone and all. I will NEVER EVER BUY OR REFER ANYONE TO him.

basically I spent all my savings after I graduated school and bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu from these guys and the car was supposed to be in great shape. Well after I bought it cash & pulled of the lot all the lights started coming on ( check engine , maintenance light, & service traction & service ECM) at the same time and car started driving bad wel the very next day I took the car to Chevy and they said it had a bad motor & would be $4000 to fix , so after only 1 day of having the car I took it back and they told me they would not give me my money back & couldn't do anything because they didn't have any cars of “equal value†but they had there mechanic look at it and he changed one cheap part and they called it good , so I thought the car was fixed! Turns out the car started having even more problems when I got home .. so me being a collage student & working full time I don't have time or money to keep dumping in a new car that shouldn't be having these problems... so I had to sell the car for way under half of what I paid, absolutely worst place I've bought a car from , hope this helped someone else before they buy from here!

My husband and I just bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 from Mainstreet Auto Group. It was the best experience that we have ever had without a doubt. In our opinion there's no better place to buy a used car. You really need to check this place out if you are looking for a used car.

My aunt purchased a car from Richardson wholesale LLC on Saturday 9/19/16. Yesterday, 9/18/16 she had to have the car towed on a trailer back to the dealer. The car would not accelerate over 40 mph nor would it shift into reverse. My aunt made several attempts to contact the dealer, but was unsuccessful. I then attempted to contact him using a 985 area code which was the same as his and finally received an answer. I explained to him the problems we were having with the car and I was asked did we check the transmission fluid? In addition, I was told that she may can take the car to a mechanic. After shelling out a whopping 5500 my aunt should not have to take this car to a mechanic to be told what the dealer pretends not to know in regards to the car. I was shocked that he told me this. I told him no, we didn't check the transmission fluid, we will not take the car to a mechanic and that he was so concerned about the tire pressure that he gave my aunt 100 dollars back but he didn't think to check the transmission fluid prior to us purchasing the car. My aunt has taken a huge loss in the last month. She was affected by the south Louisiana flood and has lost everything that she owns. This is really disheartening to be sold a junk used car when you're only trying to pull your life back together to provide for your family. According to Richardson wholesale statement posted on a website they provide all information on the cars they sale, which according to Louisiana lemon laws they are required to do so, but this wasn't the case.
