These ladies are amazing. I've had multiple watches repaired here and batteries replaced here as well. Just FYI you need cash for anything under 25$. I have to pass back by to drop these ladies off some cash for fixing my watch band getting me back in service and moving! Thank you ladies for everything!

Several years ago I was gifted a Sligh wall clock from my first boss who was retiring. It had not been serviced ever and needed work. The people here were highly professional and patient with my questions. They made arrangements for the clock to be picked up. They serviced it and then brought to me and properly hung it in my office. It is proudly displayed in my office and brings me pleasure every day as a reminder of a great mentor. I highly recommend the good people at Northshore Clocks. They made my life just a little bit better. :).

Have been here twice now for battery replacement / link add ons. The place is always very nice and well organized and the employees always very happy to help! A very big selection of anything from watches, small desk clocks up to grandfather clocks. Would highly recommend them for watch repair / purchase!

Showed up to buy a knife and when I pulled out my card the lady there said "boy I know you didn't just pull out a card for a $10 knife" I don't care what store policy is that is no way to treat a new customer.
