I was being helped by a nice young gentleman named Aiden who was helping me purchase a Rolex for my husband, when Catie came in and practically took it out of his hands and immediately tried ringing me up, I was going to purchase until she did this, it was extremely rude to the gentleman helping me as well as me for we were mid conversation.

Terribly rude, tried to show me what the item (Brand new never used set of vortex diamondback binoculars 10x42) I brought in was selling for on Auction, showed me the wrong item completely (the step down from diamondbacks, the crossfires) and when I pointed it out to him he then showed me what one set of what I brought in sold for on auction, yet they were used and out of the box, like I said the ones i brought in were a month old. He offered me the same amount as he did for the one's that were a step down. I was in disbelief how rude and uneducated the guy was because at the Metairie location they're very well informed and extremely nice. This guy was a horribly rude just ignorant to what he was looking at and I will NEVER shop here or use them again. The first time I've ever seen this guy and he was so unpleasant compared to every other worker I've ever dealt with there. If I could give 0 stars I would for this experience. He must have come from a POS place like cash America or something. Just TERRIBLE

Do not go to this pawn shop!!! They do not care about their customers and their manager likes to yell at women. I had a PS5 on layaway with $50 left to pay on it and they sold. My son's Christmas present. And all the manager wanted to do was yell at me like it was my. He is disrespectful to women and he does not care about anything
