I can’t say enough about the awesome service I received. They had no one to change my tires since I signed up to drop off my car. I chose to wait and had my grandson with me. Al found someone to work on my car within 20 minutes. He really worked with me and it was so appreciated. Daniel also did a great job changing my tires and brakes!!

Went in for a wheel alignment and I am more than pleased with the results. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Mr. Alvin was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am so happy that I went and that everything went smooth. Thanks?

Megan(front desk) and Jason(mechanic) are amazing!!! I was just here about 2 weeks ago for an alignment. Back again with a flat tire and rolled up at 7:30am on a Sunday waiting for them to open at 8am. Megan informed me there was 2 appointments ahead of me. I understood and had to get a tire. So I waited. Little after 9am and I’m ready to roll! Jason did a great job and is very informative. Megan communicates top notch. Cannot say enough great things! Come check them out! Thank you Megan and Jason!

Quick Fix, Big Bucks: My Pep Boys ExperienceSo, my truck decides to take a nap in the driveway, and thank goodness for AAA, they haul it over to Pep Boys. Those guys worked fast, I'll give 'em that. But man, they ain't cheap. Service was top-notch, no doubt, but be prepared to empty your wallet. Still, I gotta say, never had to wait ages for my ride to get fixed there. So yeah, it's pricey, but you get what you pay for, right?

Showed up @ 11:40, had tires and mechanic ready for my noon appointment. Received phone call @ 1:15 notifying me that service was complete. Simple and easy.
