Everyone is very professional and friendly. I got good directions and they explained to pull around back by going down the side of the building that is in front of the entrance.
There is a r mymp for unloading trailers in the back.
It's a little bit tight but I have seen a lot worse.

“The first time our Samantha EVER got her wings clipped that she was stress free. Whenever we took her to get her wings and nails trimmed she would come and go straight in our shirt and would not come out for hours but today first time she wasn’t stressed or scared she is still at home no stress awesome care for birds.
