I've had my car detailed plenty of times and I always notice they don't clean the center console well or between the seats. Let me tell you that Mr. Ethridge not only removed all the crumbs and debris between the seats and armrest, he even washed under the car hood, and the gas fuel door! I was told he was meticulous, and he is! Also, his personality was pleasant, professional, and informative. They provided light hospitality while I waited.Service: Auto detailing

These guys deserve the 6th Star for my rating. I listed my car for sale and listed lower because I’d abused the interior. I took the car in just to hopefully make it look a little better. Always an extremely professional job. We had a bag of shrimp that spilled in the back seat and platinum shine took our car overnight to treat it and delivered back the next day with no more shrimp smell and an excellent detail on the exterior. Car is 4 years old and truly looks brand new again. Couldn’t be happier. It is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for and they are truly the best in the business.Services: Steam cleaning

I have two dogs that leave a ton of their coats in my truck whenever I go anywhere with them. My truck is 12 years old and never had an interior detailing. The Platinum Shine crew arrived on time and got to work. Took them about 2.5 hours to get all the pet hair removed, carpets shampooed, everything conditioned perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I strongly recommend their service, and will use them again for my other vehicle.Services: Steam cleaning
