I want to give Terrell Winding a shoutout, I don’t know which quest location he works for so I’m going to leave this review at all the ones in the area. He is one of the drivers for all around the area. Picking up all of our specimens at our office. I’m going to say 5 words about this man. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!!!! 📣📢📢📢📢 He deserves one! He is always calling in and checking to see if we have any specimens for the day. And if we forget to put in an order because we’re so busy and short staffed he will take time to loop back around at the end of his route and make sure that we’re good. One of the best drivers there HANDS DOWN. He’s such a hard worker and great at his job.

Cornelia was my phlebotomist on the day of my testing. There was a small issue with my orders, so I had to return another day, but her warm spirit and professionalism really stood out. She helped me get everything in order for my follow-up visit.
On my next visit, I was assisted by a gentleman (unfortunately, I forgot his name), and again I received 5-star service. The blood draw was a breeze, and it was clear he takes pride in his work.
As a local business owner (LaVega Beauty Wellness & Cosmetics), I truly value excellent customer care—and I was proud to see it reflected in this team. Great job, Quest, on having such pleasant and professional staff!

Appt was for noon. I checked in at 11:56 and was called back at 12:01. Blood was drawn and I gave a urine sample. I was back in my car at 12:11. Great visit as usual.

On-line appointment was easy. Once arrived, I was called on time. I was called, appropriately so, before walk in appointments. The technician was friendly and gentle.
