Rude little owner ….charged me for an alignment telling me he couldn’t alighn my truck due to bushings. Impossible on this truck ….they either didn’t want to do it or didn’t know how. Then has the nerve to charge me $120. Don’t go here save your time and money. Little guy with a big mouth. Gives mechanics their bad rep. STAY AWAY.

I have had repairs three times at this place, and each time everyone was courteous and the service was prompt.They got me in out out very quick,and the prices and rates are reasonable.When ever I need repair of any sort in the Slidell area, R&D is my go to place.

Stay away from this shop, i had a trailer there they charger me 2.5H just to replace an airbag that took them 30 minutes to do ( EVERY SHOP IS CHARGING 1H LABOR FOR AN AIRBAG), when i called to ask why is that much they told me they sent a driver to pick up the air bag and that took time and also i asked if I'm paying for the time he spent going to pick up the air bag, and he mad it clear that that's not the case, it's just the labor so i end up paying $700 just for an air bag, also i assume the owner is the person speaking on the phone, he is super rude and he started treating me that they will take everything off and i would need to tow the trailer out from there.UPDATE: This is the air bag 2 day after. $700 air bag 2 days in service. Great Job!

Thanks to Ronald and his crew. I went in to get 2 drive tires replaced was in and out within 40 minutes. Very helpful and polite.. Definitely recommended. Will come back for future business.
