Despite the amount of negative reviews you have, you'd have ceased to fix any of the issues that have been stated. There's still no carts, it's still hot in the building, and calling customer service after 4 isn't going to happen, despite it stating that they're open until 5. Fix your issues or else I will be talking to my lawyer about a lawsuit for false advertisement.

Akela was great, and she helped take care of my issue, updating payment when I updated card info, but watch out for Red Dot in general!!!! They cut my lock off for NO REASON and tried to say my unit was “unsecured” so they put their lock on. Yeah, how can it be unsecured if they had to cut my lock off in several pieces! Most upsetting part is that they cut an antique lock that was given to me by my father to use temporarily (I was in the process of switching to a better lock). My suspicion is that they accidentally cut the lock off the wrong locker and upon realizing their mistake, put their lock with a code on it and places my now broken to pieces cut up lock inside my locker on the floor. I pay my bill in full, do not have any contraband inside the locker, and do not damage the property, any “checks” they do at my particular building are not consistent at all and I am most likely going to seek another facility that is cheaper and won’t damage my property for no reason.

This facility no longer has carts despite there being multiple cart stations and signs around. Please bring your own dolly or be prepared to carry everything from outside to your storage unit.

I never had any issues using storage here. Kinda wish there was a dumpster on site. And maybe be a little cheaper but nows days everything is high

Today I called in looking to get a storage unit, I was greeted by Claude , and I’ll tell you this I’ve been renting storage units since 2005 and never in my life. Has it been as easy as this and friendly. Typically people don’t care about their job and aren’t willing to make the sale or willing to put in the effort to have a happy customer. I’m currently a business owner and my own sales representative, And the fact that Claude took his time to ask me what I wanted to put in my storage And also helping me find what size would be best suited for this , Is leagues above typical customer service nowadays So not only a five star review for Claude, but for this business as well. Make sure my boy gets a raise. Mngmnt:)
