I was in the store on October 30, 2023 shopping with my daughter. Miss Jamie was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely go back because of her. But when I was checking out, the manager came out with her boxing gloves on aiming for Jamie. She was very unprofessional in front of everyone in the store, yelling at Miss Jamie about something she couldn't find. I felt really bad for Miss Jamie. It was uncalled for and embarrassing for Jamie and extremely unprofessional for a manager to speak to any employee or anyone at all in that manner. I was upset that my daughter had to see that take place. I love Rue 21 but if I go and see her there, I will turn around and leave. That's how bad it was. I don't usually write things like this but this was so uncalled for and someone needs to know about it and do something about it before you lose customers.

I absolutely love this place and I got help from I believe her name was Melissa. I needed something and I couldn’t figure out what would look good and she helped me every step of the way . Very professional and treated me with respect.

We love our local Rue21. The assistant manager is very sweet and kind. The staff are always amazing and welcoming. Mrs. Leras is very much dedicated to rhe stire and customers. Thank you so much for your excellent skills.
