I was checking out at Sam's with over $600 worth of groceries. There were only two girls checking people out. There were other employees, at least three, just browsing their cell phones, or standing around talking. I asked Leticia if she could help put the groceries back in the cart as they normally do. The one girl Leticia was talking to said she was on break and stormed off. Leticia informed me that she was on self check out duty. (No one was using the self checkout lines.) Both of the open checkout lines were at least six customers deep. However, Leticia and the other workers seemed to think that it was OK to just stand around and watch the only two young girls proceed to checkout all of these customers on their own. Lazy and rude. SAMS please recognize who your hard workers are and fire the lazy ones before you lose your customer base.

The store is great. Very well stocked, but my family (my husband and three kids) were approached by two men in a silver Honda Odyssey trying to sell us a fake gold necklace. We declined and kept walking. they pulled up to our vehicle as we were trying to put away our groceries. We again decline and they sped off and went on to harass other customers in the parking lot. I tried to call the store to alert them of what is going on and received no answer.

In trying to get through to the Tire center to schedule tire rotation, after 8 phone call attempts, all I ever got is hung up on. Never did I speak to anyone in the dept. Crappiest service ever.

I went in today and as I was checking out the lady that was working the self checkouts seen that I had dropped some money on the ground. A old lady in a scooter that was behind me,seen the money and when the employee went to grab it for me, the old woman put her foot on it and she yelled at me and said ma’am you dropped some money. I proceeded to walk over there and the old lady gave us the dirtiest look because the employee was being HONEST! I told her thank you so much and I thanked god that they are still honest people in this world we live in today! It was only $40 but we have to survive in this world some kind of way! I wish I could of gotten her name. And thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Today I was shopping and there was an item I couldn’t find. James not only helped me to find it but when there were none on the shelf he went into the back and got some for me. Awesome worker

This is probably the very worst Sams club I have ever been in. The customer service desk has probably the worst and most rude personnel that they can find. They had to look long and hard to find people this rude and obnoxious. They are horrible and if they started giving away products for free and had a rebate, I wouldn't shop there. PLEASE PLEASE Costco, come to Slidell or St. Tammany Parish. I will not shop at Sams any more for any reason.

I will never order again at Sam's Bakery I asked for a birthday cake with flowers, and they gave me a cake I didn't ask for. Then the bakery associate was rude she barely act like she wanted to take my order. I'm extremely disappointed never ordering a cake from sams again !

I will never do Sam's curb side pick up again .. my order wasn't ready... I called the store the person on the phone was very rude !!! When My order finally was ready they told me to come inside to pick it up!!! I had my kids with me that was the reason I did pick up!!!!

Always enjoy going to this club (the one is Slidell). We appreciated Michael, one of the managers (the one from Baton Rouge), going the extra mile after the customer service associate told us twice that there was nothing she could do to help us. We understood the company guidelines, but the new manager took the extra step to investigate our situation and then to offer a refund. We received awesome help today and are thankful for great customer service by Michael!

This club has the absolute Best Pharmacy in this area! I won't go to any other pharmacy, they are always helpful, smiling and go above and beyond when I have questions or need any kind of assistance!
