I would give them zero stars if I could. They moved us, and I had several items broken that I was never fully reimbursed for. To make matters worse, when I tried to file a claim for the missing boxes, they denied me because I had already signed all the forms at drop-off. It’s clear that they don’t stay behind to ensure that everything is accounted for while you unpack each box. If they are your only option, I suggest that you move yourself.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They packed up our things and hauled it out to their warehouse on May 31 for a military move and it took them 3 weeks to deliver a partial shipment. They have no list of what was left behind in the warehouse and no idea when it will be delivered. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!!

They were amazing!! The driver Jose was amazing with his loading partner Ricardo, He stayed in contact with me the whole time and everything went smooth! No damage to any of my personal belongings! I moved from Ohio to Foley Alabama. Great service!!

First Military PCS
Israel and his son made my first PCS pick up so easy and smooth! They handled everything with great care and were very polite and professional. My husband is currently as the base, so I was stressed to get through the PCS pick up by myself but it went great! Thank you so much!

These movers are awful and I’m not sure why the government has contracted them for moves. I have PCS’d multiple times, and this time was by far the worst. We had a 2000 sq ft home and they showed up with a small truck equivalent to a Penske truck to load our things… it took hours for a second truck to arrive.
Items were left behind and we even had to remind them to pack the linen closet!! Once our shipment arrived to our destination, some furniture was damaged and screws to multiple items were missing. I can only imagine what the moving experience is like for non-military… absolutely would NOT recommend!

Do everything you can to avoid using this moving company. They “lost” my table leaf and trolling motor to my boat and the company said it was delivered . I’ve tried to contact them and have been blocked on emails and can never get a straight answer on the phone. Terrible experience.

Love this moving company! I'm prior military and this was my 11th move. It was the best one yet, start to finish. The movers were very polite and professional. They did an amazing job of packing, loading, and unloading my things. I pointed out the most important item in my house and Nick said, "Ms. Kristie...then we will treat everything in your house just like this item. The most care." That really stuck with me.
Slidell Moving company also worked with me to accommodate my specific needs and concerns. I highly recommend this group for any move! I moved from Louisiana to Alabama. Everything went smoothly and arrived on time. Very, very happy!!!

If I could honestly leave a negative star I would. I can say they were consistent however. Consistent at being horrible. I'm used to moving companies at least communicating the beginning or at the very least the end of a move. Not once was I contacted or even given an eta of when my stuff would arrive. The call I received was "hey we're 30 minutes away from you" which would have been great if I were notified that they were even coming that day. From not updating me, to even forgetting my couches, but somehow packing an empty pizza box on top of my fridge. How do you forget two couches? To cover themselves they're saying they were told not to bring them, thus making it so i can not even get a redelivery or reiumbursed for their error. I guess it's easier to lie and say I forgot to tell you when I previously said that the entire apartment minus the appliances would be moving. Oh not to mention the cancellation. that they try to hit you with even though you can never reach them by phone or email. And when you present these facts and evidence they continue to deny deny deny. If you've read this far, please please PLEASE stay far far away from this company. I honestly could have done it in a day with a u-haul but since my company offered it I thought why not. I thought wrong, but it's not too late for you. Unless you enjoy being lied to and maybe your furniture forgotten, RUN don't walk away from slidell moving.

This has got to be the absolute worst moving experience of my life. This company was contracted by my company to pack, move and unpack my belongings.Delicate items were packed with electronics, dishwear and recreational things such as tennis rackets. The even packed my Keurig with water still present in the appliance. Things were thrown in any box in no kind of order and without any regard.I moved to another state only to find out from my landlord that they left several of my belongings ( noparishable andnoncombustable) in my lasy apartment. Things are missing ( my tv for example), broken, and they never unpacked not one box.The company refuses to be held accountable in any way. I will be filling a Better Bureau claim as well as reaching out to my company to recommend that they be removed as a vendor.Please BEWARE

They are given one star because I cannot leave a review without a star! Horrible customer service that spreads their people too thin. We received the worst packers on Monday that left our movers tons of extra work which killed their timeline. Sending three movers to move 12K worth of stuff with a small truck means we know have to split our load out across two days. If the company states they can move your goods in one day, they need to move it in one day, bottom line. Our movers even called and asked for assistance and received nothing. 9th move across our 20 plus years in the military and by far, the worst. I would live the opportunity to talk about this with the company but I’m sure that will never come. Worst moving company ever.

This company packed and shipped my household items. So far, the experience has been good. We'll see how delivery goes before adding the last star.
