The staff needs to get on the same page. One woman needed my ID to make everything work when I didn’t have it on me. She said she needed to scan it. My husband came in the next day and they didn’t ask for his ID and didn’t need it to give us our new boxes. Furthermore, online we used a chat option that stated for us to bring all cords and wires in store. But when we came in with the boxes, the woman rudely stated “i don’t need those wires and cords”. Which like…have a spot then for wires and cords to be thrown away because your customers are just standing there with garbage in their hands that they have to bring back and throw away somewhere else after the chat stated to bring those in. Customer service was incredibly rude, but one woman was extremely nice and caring and took the cords from my husband the second day after another woman told him she didn’t want his cables and cords that he brought in again because he wanted to make sure he was doing what the person we spoke to on the internet said. Based off the customer service experience we had twice within 24 hours, we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere asap.

It feels like I was talking to a clone until I might have wanted a new phone. Then the lady came to life and was all helpful. Smiles and helpful. Seriously.

Not only do they lie about their prices but their employees think it's okay to trespass on to your property even if you don't have their service. I'd rather go completely offline than ever use these people ever!

I would rate customer service but they really don't have any at this location. An hour and nothing, silly list hasn't moved any. Shouldn't have to take a whole day off work to return a box. Ridiculous

This review isn’t for the store but for spectrum itself. The internet sucks! I live in Slidell Louisiana where it rains quite a bit. Every time it rains, even if it’s not a thunderstorm the internet goes out. And it’s not just for a quick second. It’s for what seems like all day sometimes. It’s a freaking headache. Sometimes even when it’s not raining. Im extremely dissatisfied with the service. Although $40 is pretty cheap Ita not worth it if I can’t enjoy it. I’m definitely looking for another company.

Had to wait about 20 minutes to get service. Somebody was at the counter when I got there and there when I left slowing things down. After about 10 minutes, somebody came from the back to taken the third register. The staff were courteous and patrons were chatting with each other so they probably didn't mind the wait.

I got amazing help and service from TJ Terrance Johnson today at the Slidell Charter spectrum. My husband’s IPhone16 just stopped working. TJ walked us through the entire insurance/claim process. Excellent Customer Service! Thank you so much! JLA

We moved to Slidell 1 month ago and the internet has had 3 outages already. 1 outage lasted the entire day and night. Like what? We live in 2025 not the 1990's. Even dialup was more reliable. What is going on with your reliability issues?

Spent an hour on the phone calling Spectrum's support line out in Houston. All for nothing! Came in to the Slidell store today and the ladies were totally awesome. Lenelle especially helped us transfer and add services we needed at our new home. She listened and offered us the services that we needed at a great price! Thank you!
