Customer service is the worst. Vi answers and doesn’t let me talk. Had to ask her for her name. We are the customer and we should be able to voice our concerns when our product was promised and never delivered. We had to call to notify Speedy tire that merchandise has not arrived because can’t get no where with FEDEX since the customer was not the sender. Totally understand that most merchants are short staffed at times or that at times it’s beyond anyone’s control but rudeness and arrogance to assist customers is totally unacceptable no matter who you are- Vi. Very disappointed in this whole situation.

Such good tires at a really affordable price, I don’t get my tires from anywhere else. I usually can get 2 full years with these tires. I drive a lot for my job and they make sure I get to and from point A and point B. Highly recommend!

Great place if you like receiving four year old tires. And getting them late even though they were supposedly sent via FedEx expedited and expensive shipping. Then, you call and ask for a simple receipt and the rude woman on the lines says "we don't give out receipts!" Wait, what? I then emailed their customer support office four times and never received a reply. This company is sketchy. Cheap prices but you get what you pay for unfortunately.

I ordered a Carlisle farm style wheel it was going to be delivered in time for my presentation. When the item arrived it was the incorrect wheel I was sent a lawnmower tire turf master how is something simple can be screwed up. So I had to cancel my presentation. I know we all make mistakes I requested a discount do to inconvenience and that was shot down that they dont do that some customer service.

SpeedyTire has the very best prices and customer support on the web! I ordered 5 tires for my RV and had them the next week. There was a mix up with credit cards in PayPal and Aimee took care of it pronto, so happy with this experience. Had to buy tires from a brick and mortar and was appalled at the bad customer support. If you need tires I highly recommend SpeedyTire.

Tires came very quick. I started to order from another place cheaper but you guys had close prices on tires glad I dealt with y'all. Order semi tires low pro 295/75/22.5 worked out good. Date code is last year but not to bad.

So after over 2 weeks I finally was given a refund after I had to purchase another tire fromAnother company for more money. Nice business model Speedy, make the customer wait and spend more time/money to replace an item that wasnt their fault also technically your fault either(fedex) but why make the customer take the full loss? Terrible customer service over the phone. I will say Vi over email was quick to determine the tire was lost and refund would be started but the people on the phone need get training.
