This store is the absolute worst tmobile store. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all cost. The staff is rude and not knowledgeable. Even when tmobile phone support tries to tell them how to do something they flat out refuse stating that's not how they do things and they will not even try to do it when tmobile phone support is willing to walk them through the steps. I have been a customer of tmobile for about 20 years and this one store has me considering switching companies over the treatment I recieved from the employees here.

sigh , t-mobile is my phone provider and i just wanna say the service is terrible and the prioritizing plan is bs , i'm paying 208 a month for a phone that will function slower just because someone close to me could afford the prioritizing plan . but i don't really wanna focus on that . i want to talk about this locations employees hygiene . i've been to this store itself and ive experienced not one but two employees with very ill body odor . i could say names but to keep their dignity i will not . i just think maybe a group discussion on personal hygiene could be beneficial ! i do not want to be helped by someone with bad breathe or a strong body MUSK . also could try lighting a few candles

Never had any actual issues here. The worst that's happened was a little longer wait time while the worker was trying to help a lot of people, but everything has always gotten taken care of in the end. I do feel like they could have another floor person on certain days/times when it's busier, but thats not always a possibility, so its understandable.

Walked into the T Mobile store and was immediately greeted. Within 2 minutes he knew exactly what to do! His name was Brian and he was amazing! Great service store!

I have come here 3 times to get a screen protector and haven't been able to. The first time was because they were out. The last two times I was skipped after waiting 20-30 minutes by other customers coming in.

To start, I’m disappointed that to leave a review on google you have to leave 1 star, because after my family and I’s experience just now at T mobile, I wouldn’t even leave 1 star. We went to T mobile about 10 minutes to 5, and they close at 6. Out of generosity to the staff due to closing time, we went in knowing we were going to purchase and transfer phones on a different day, but we wanted information about new phone plans, etc. Only minutes after walking in, the salesman, Josh, wasted no time to tell us he was not doing any transfers to new phones because they were closing at 6 before even welcoming us into the store or asking what we needed. It was very obvious that he had no interest in helping us from the beginning. Once we talked about what we were there for, he was vaguely spitting out numbers which weren’t even comprehensible due to his excessive clicking of his pen cap. Honestly, it was so distracting and annoying I can’t even tell you what he was saying. It came off as blatantly obvious that he was irritated having to deal with simple questions about a new plan at 5 pm. Once we said we were going to leave due to the time, he states, “oh I’ll sell you a phone, we’re just not transferring it.” Well, of course he’d want to sell us the phone before he gets to leave, however due to the arrogance, we weren’t even doing business with him, as it clearly wasn’t wanted. It was easier to just leave and find a different location than try to communicate with him. His responses were very short, rude, and arrogant. For the sake of preventing another closed down phone store in the same location, I recommend he finds a different job, as well as his coworker sitting behind him staring, and singing.

Excellent! The employee Nathan W. Was the best, he got me 2 great phones & service for the price of one phone & service with AT&T! He helped me completely and I'm sticking with T-Mobile ?
