Excellent service ! Called ahead to get used vehicle inspection before I bought it and they said no appointment needed. I arrived and all the technicians were busy. Quinten the service advisor came out and did an inspection for free! Super knowledgeable and he gave me way more info than a regular inspection! I would definitely come back!

I had an excellent experience at Ford of Slidell. A big thank you to Larry for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved all the awesome benifits included in my warranty, that I was previously denied of. He made me feel valued as a customer, and his genuine care left me confident and grateful. He is truly an asset to Ford.
If you should visit the service department of Ford in Slidell, do not hesitate to ask for Larry, I know you will leave with the same sense of satisfaction, that I had.
I think he is truely a blessing.

took my ford f150 did diagnosis on it they fix the issues from test and something else happened and service guy Quinn was very understanding and the crew was very polite I would recommend bringing your vehicle to this place...just go to service desk ask for Quinn he will take care of you..

I love this place service reps are awesome. Always do a great job. Larry was my tech this time. I called at the last minute he told me to bring the car in and got it done in less than an hour. I will always return here. and not to mention best price in town with warranties

I would give zero stars if I were able to. I went to this dealership to look around and test drive a specific make/model vehicle that they had in stock. I was transparent from the beginning about my intentions. I let the sales person know that I had been pre approved along with what my rate/payment would be through a private financial institution. I was informed that they were associated with this dealership and that would be no problem. I asked 3 times to be sure that my credit would NOT be ran/no inquiries would be on my report and was assured that would not happen unless I were to decide to drive the vehicle off the lot TODAY. I agreed to that. I was told they only needed my information to see about possibly getting a better interest rate through the SAME financial institution since this dealership had a relationship with them. Upon which I also agreed to see what they would come up with because who doesn’t want a better interest rate? I asked AGAIN to make sure that my credit score would not be impacted by the “numbers” they were working on getting me. AGAIN I was assured that would not be happening.
Fast forward to me receiving an email that there was INDEED a hard inquiry on my report and when staff was confronted about it I was met with “well you signed the paper” and continual gaslighting. Accusing me of saying things that I most certainly did not. I wish I would’ve recorded the conversation between myself and the sales person.
Long story short, don’t make the mistake I did by stepping foot in the door of this establishment. Very disappointing and not a good look for the company.

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change, and they had the nerve to suggest rotating the tires and alignment (I paid $180). Lo and behold, after the service, my car's steering wheel started shaking uncontrollably. I returned to the shop, only to be told that I needed to fork over $200 to correct their error. Just a heads up, watch your back when dealing with them. I deeply regret purchasing my car from there.
