Setup an appointment to have my car looked at & fixed based on whatever diagnostic would be ran while out of school. Get a call at 7am, thinking it was to touch base for the pickup. I say the car sounds a little while driving, previously the breaks & rotor (not a mechanic). The lady wants me to tell her what's wrong. That was the point of sending it in, YOU TELL ME! Waste of time.

I absolutely had a great experience at Supreme Nissan of Slidell. My sales person Austin was great and his coworkers were very helpful. Joe in the service dept is very knowledgeable and kind. My service advisor Tracy was helpful and amazing with communication during the time my car was being serviced.
Everyone greeted me with a smile on their face and were pleasant and professional.
I had a positive experience and recommend you do business here… they will treat you right!

AVOID AT ALL COST! I brought my car for basic maintenance, oil change & tire rotation! Insert nightmare you can't wake from! They left the oil cap off. Oil gets literally everywhere, memorial day weekend ruined because the car can't be driven! Take the car back! Where they ensured me everything was fine now. NOPE! Get home, ANOTHER oil stain, car grill has like an oil mess all over it! I Take THE CAR BACK!!! where I'm told the guy who performed my oil change was "feeling bad and had to go to the hospital the next day" which caused him to forget to put the oil cap back on to begin & as an olive branch, they want to give me more oil changes! I get my car today & it smells like it's burning. TO THIS POINT ID NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY CAR! LIKE, NEVER! I've spoken to the owner & the service manager. Do yourself a favor & never trust these people with your transportation!
