I needed a rear brake light replaced quickly before possibly getting a ticket. I went on the Nissan website Thursday night and got in early Friday morning after my callback from Vernon. I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes! Great work, fast service.

I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Sentra SV and Kristy helped me greatly. The whole process was pretty painless and went pretty quick. I'm pleased with the experience and would continue future business with them. I have appreciated the follow-up since my purchase, and I never felt pressure any time during the buying process.

Joe and his team are phenomenal. I felt like they cared about me and my vehicle. The provided thorough recommendations for future care of my vehicle. The cost came in above what I was hoping to spend but Joe and Nicole provided several options for financing the job. I don't believe I will be having my Titan serviced anywhere else anymore.

I called the service department this morning because my daughter had a blow out and we had purchased the tire and rimInsurance the rep I spoke with Vernon was so rude and then was very rude to my daughter as well when she came in. How do you work in the service department but have absolutely no customer service skills? And you are being rude to a child an 18 year old girl when I had called early in the day to address the issue because I specifically told you I’m at work and I know she isn’t going to know what to do when she gets there so what information can I provide to make it easier? And he proceeds to tell me that it’s a process and she needs to bring the car in for photos. And then she walks in and literally says my mom called and spoke to someone and he acts like he had no idea what is going on and his co-worker ( the nice lady that took care of us the last time we went in) literally tells him “didn’t you take that call.” And he acts like he has no idea what she’s talking about. And continues to be super rude to my 18 year old daughter. Unfortunately I will be back because it is the only Nissan dealership in Slidell but I definitely don’t want to be taken care of by this rep.

Went online to see about getting vehicle service, was able to get appointment for that very day, a Saturday.Service technician diagnosed the issue that day and ordered the parts.After initial repairs veicle was taken for a road test and additional problems were found. No fault of the technician.Explained that the cost quoted to repair far exceeded the cost of the vehicle and declined the work.Service 'manager' was respectful and understanding.

Khristy Kearney was the bomb sales person. I told her what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and she got it for me. She was very friendly and knew her cars. She told me the truth about cars I inquired about and she was absolutely right. It's like she knew me and what I liked. Everyone was absolutely very friendly. Cameron, My finance guy was great too. I am absolutely loving my Nissan Kicks. It's so awesome.

So I’m happy to say that I had a great experience at supreme Nissan. This was my first car buying experience and the sales team did an awesome job at answering any questions I had. I felt like I could trust them when they gave an answer too. The team members that I worked a deal with all seemed easy to talk to and were just as eager to get me into a vehicle at an affordable price, but we’re not pushy. I don’t think I’ll be getting a vehicle through anywheres else. My 2019 frontier has made me a very happy customer, Thanks Supreme!

My wife and I had a great experience here! Stephen our salesman was great! He was really laid back, not pushy, and just wanted to genuinely help us find the right car. The sales manager was amazing as well, he helped make the deal happen for us. The staff is professional, quick, and kind. This place does not feel like your typical sales dealership that just wants you to buy a car and then leave. They are great!

Staff was efficient and polite. The parts which needed to be replaced wasn't covered by my warranty but the shop did work and it was competitive in repair cost.I trusted the work to be done right. Mechanical issuse was addressed and repaired. The shops also offers a courtesy van service. I would recommend any warranty work you need completed.

My appointment was pretty quick and the staff was extremely helpful, very friendly and professional they made my day. I have no issues with my newly replaced hood latch that was on recall I was able to drive from New Orleans to Houston with no problems the technicians really did a great job ?

I was helped today with a car issue by Nichole. My engine air filter was loose causing incorrect airflow & she assessed it & put my car on the computer as well. She was incredibly helpful. I am on a road trip w/ my children & was from out of town & she took great care of me. I am so grateful for her help.

I have always received great customer service for my Nissan Frontier truck at Supreme Nissan of Slidell. My service advisor was Dale Shockley and he was very professional, friendly, and respectful which all contributed to a positive service experience.

The employees and staff including service technicians at Supreme Nissan of Slidell are always professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my vehicle was serviced and returned to me. For quite possibly the first time ever, I genuinely look forward to my next service appointment here.

Stopped in on my way through to get an oil change and tire rotation, employees were very friendly and even have a sense of humor, which goes a long way with me because I love to joke. They were very knowledgeable and had me out the door pretty fast compared to other Nissan dealerships I’ve been to. Definitely recommend them!
