I am disappointed with the service provided by the staff working today, Sunday, December 21st. A man named Jhos, that's what he told me, was rude, yelled at me, disrespected me, and didn't resolve my problem. To the management of TA, you are known for providing excellent customer service, but with this type of person working for you, your reputation is being severely damaged. What a lack of respect for your customers!

Shower cleaning person is UNBELIEVABLE. I thought the first time I stopped here he must’ve been have a bad day. He was complaining and making remarks on how drivers choose to shower all at the same time. I figured since it was late in the day I would let it slide. Fast forward 3-4 weeks later and I’m here again. My shower was at 1 pm and sure enough when I walked past him in the shower area he cussed and complained. My advice for TA is to find someone who will do their job with minimal cursing and with a positive attitude. The guy looks to be in his late 20’s.

🫣🫣🤯🤯The parking at this store has way to many reserve parking FR FR FR , in the truck parking spots there are cars parked in them , there’s definitely way to many reserve parking , this store really needs to cut most of theses reserved areas . 💯💯💯

the people in the shop were pleasant to deal with the after hours on call manager was a real jerk he talked rude to his counter person with major attitude and wouldn't let her explain the issue they were having and started cussing at her he was very un professional for a manager

Thie employes where very nice. The store and showers was very clean. The atmosphere was very wonderful. All I can say is that I will return and make this a normal when I come to this area!!!

Got me some supper last night and food was uncooked really bad waitress told me not get hashbrown because the cook cnt cook them rt so I got French fries in stead and those fries was uncooked and country fry chicken was raw inside the bacon really salty.i will not eat there again.

I arrived here yesterday afternoon to get a new mudflap and trailer break light fixed they didn't call me in until midnight and they just now got everything fixed, warning to other truckers the shop here is extremely slow
