We had a TERRIBLE experience with a previous lender (Freedom Mortgage), leaving us scrambling the week of our scheduled closing.Tim and the crew at AmRes saved the day and was able to get us closed in a little under a month!Incredibly helpful and informative all along the way. Tim helped guide us every step of the way during our home buying process. He is not just a regular loan officer, you can tell he genuinely cares.We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Tim was always responsive and happy to share his knowledge. Tim recently brokered our mortgage for a home we purchased in San Diego, and we could not have been happier with the way things went. Tim and his team were perfect and got us the best deal on a 30 year VA loan. He got out pre-approval letters on short notice to make sure our offers met the deadline, and he was always available and willing to speak to the listing agents to alleviate any concerns they may have had. Closing was painless and there were no issues in the 30 days between our offer being accepted and receiving the keys. Will definitely work with Tim again in the future and recommend him to everyone we know!

Refinanced my home with Tim in early 2021 when the rates were super low and all mortgage lenders were inundated with applications. Not knowing the ins and outs of the process, Tim took the time to explain everything and got us the lowest rate possible. If we had questions, Tim always answered our calls or returned them in a timely manner. I know he was very busy with hundreds of other clients, but he made us feel like we were his number one client.

Tim was amazing and helped guide us through the entire pre-approval and mortgage closing process. We had some complicated finances and he made sure we understood everything and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable with the deal. I can't recommend him enough!

Tim helped my fiancee finance a home in Mississippi and helped both of us with financing our dream house in Louisiana. The whole process was made so much easier and less daunting because Tim was there every step of the way with a phone call or text to guide us and answer any questions. The technology part was amazing too - we could fill out everything online, which really helped because we live in separate states. Tim knew or would find out the answer to every question, and was prompt to return our calls. Exceptional customer service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
