I was very disappointed with the location in Panama city a few days ago. a few weeks ago I purchase a few items. I live in LA but I purchase and scheduled a pick up in Panama city to ship internationally. Travel all the way from La and Got to the location 12:30pm and left about 6:30pm they couldn't find almost all my items and some of the items didn't reach the store even though the delivery date clearly show it should have been there. About 4 worker went to look for my good and couldn't find it the store manager also went to help locate the goods after waiting for a long time we decided to walk the store the store manager and the staff member that were suppose to help locate the items were in the back chatting, laughing and taking picture and not trying to find our items. These items where huge items but they could located them. I called corporate about 6pm to let them know how I felt, I was place on hold so they could call the store but nothing became of the situation. I made a trip all the way to Florida for nothing. imagine I was shipping those goods outside of the country.

This is not about a specific store. This is a failure of Home Depot online services. After buying a shed on March 10, with delivery scheduled for March 21, USPack in St. Rose Louisiana acknowledges they have it in their warehouse. Yet, they daily postpone delivery with no reason. Home Depot Customer Service is cordial, but leaves it to me to resolve this. (Home Depot website has this shed available for delivery in one day! I’m on Day 16.) Buyer beware.

I want to thank an employees at our Home Depot; since he's worn a face mask the two times he helped me, I'm not sure what he looks like, BUT, each time I asked for help, he stopped, listened to my request and took time to help. Thank you JASON !!

I was their today making a purchase in the garden center, Their was a older gentlemen trying to get his Veteran discount, the cashier was rude and ask the man to wait till after he helped me to explain it again I guess the gentlemen was upset to say the least.... I know I have anger issues so I paid for my purchase then left started trying to call let someone know about this... 1-800-430-3376 43 minutes later I was told I need to call another number and start over again... So since 1-800 doesn't care I thought I would let the public know about this.... It's upsetting to say the least but to call and the lady was nice and understanding, but her supervisor said it wasn't worth going up to a different manager, they just wanted to pass me off to another person... So they don't care to listen to me on the phone they can read it here.... Please remember our Veterans and out of their sacrifice think about do I really want to give my money are time to a store that doesn't care about a old Veteran to help him save his money.. I went to buy a circuit breaker for my house and could not find what I was looking for: Enter Nicole. She took the time to help me search the aisle and went above and beyond to search the web. She also searched her competitor's listings. With customer service like that I will always go to The Home Depot for all of my home and garden needs. Nicole is a shining example of great customer service!

Everything!! Especially the 1st Saturday of each month - they have a kids workshop where kids build projects! They supply everything and the associates are extremely helpful and great with kids!! Thank you Sarah and Daijaih!
