Went in to exchange a lipstick color that didn't work for me. I was getting the same thing in a different color and they wouldn't do an even exchange. The selection on the product I wanted was horrible and I ended up not getting a new color.

Salon service is usually pretty good, but on my last service I was told I’d be charged an additional $30 for the hot style that comes with the signature cut! I understand my hair is extremely thick and long but this is a hair salon! If it’s included it should be included. Do people with extra short hair pay less? No. $30 on top of an already $60 haircut for something that is included for every other person out there is absolutely ridiculous. Also, answer your freaking phones!! Been trying to call this location to check product availability for 3 days and they will not answer!! Corporate please do something about this! It is absolutely horrible business and customer service not to mention downright rude! If you’re closing early great! Post it on your website or change the automated message on the phone to tell your guests! But to just let the phones ring off the hook and not at least try to tell your customers is again just flat out rude!

Do these people ever answer their phone? That's just poor business. I've been trying to call for 3 days to book a hair appointment. I've pressed option 1 and 4 numerous times and it just rings 6 or 7 times and disconnects. Does anyone know know if they have gone out of business business ors?

Don't get your makeup done here. They make up the prices and don't know what to charge you bc price isn't in the register. Unprofessional, poor training & customer service.Go somewhere else

I went in to look for a Vitamin E tinted lip stick they had in their ad but they did not have it nor could I order it on-line. Super Bummed, other than that the workers are very nice and helpful at my location.

Both times i’ve came here i’ve been followed and stared down by employees. While i understand the reputation that teenagers have for stealing i don’t understand why the OBVIOUS following and staring is needed. It made me extremely uncomfortable that 50-60 year old women are going out of their way to try to intimidate teenage girls just trying to BUY (not steal) overpriced makeup. I’ll be taking my business to sephora?.

Not sure how this store stays open. There is hardly anything ever in stock no matter when you shop here. The same products are out of stock every time which in my opinion means nobody is restocking. The checkout is always backed up with usually only one open. The rest of the workers are walking around on cell phones. As much as I loved this store when I first discovered it, I don't shop here anymore. Hopefully they will get new management who will revamp the store.

The manager on shift was not helpful. At the cashier desk, the sweet girl saw that my two mascaras were not ringing up to the value I had taken a photo of on my phone while I was shopping. She politely called the manager over, and when posed with the question as to why the BAD Girl Mascara large + mini was not ringing up at the advertised value; the manager gave a very confused look. She shook her head as of the advertisement shouldn't have been posted and it was a mistake... She asked me to take her where the advertisement was. She explained that it was a kit, but that her store did not have it in stock. Or possibly at all. It was clear that her store did not carry the duo together, because there was not a slot/bar code for a duo kit. She then said she could not honor it if I bought two together because she couldn't mess with the "skew" number. Horrible way to run a business, I didn't feel like fighting her on my day off. Thankfully, there are many more stores to purchase makeup from. Ones with kinder managers that work harder to provide better customer service.
