Employee was very polite and courteous. We thought we had to send the item back by Federal Express and the employee read the email and pointed out to us that they did not tell us how to ship it, so we shipped it UPS.

Today’s visit at my local UPS store was as always pleasant. The store was busy but attendants kept the line moving at a fast pace! Took only 6 minutes to return package!!!

I cannot thank this UPS store enough! They did a beautiful job on our welcome photo, there was a minor issue with our original photo and THEY made it right! I use The UPS Store regularly for shipping, Amazon returns, and printing business cards, brochures, and signs. Their service is always super fast, and the employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They save me time and stress, and I highly recommend using them.
