Amari helped me get 3 king cakes in 3 separate boxes to go all over the country on the Thursday before Fat Tuesday. She helped me figure out the right size of box, find the best shipping option for my budget & considering the type of item I was shipping, and I was good to go within 20 minutes.
Don’t go anywhere else in Slidell to ship via UPS, FedEx, et c. You’re in great hands right behind Take 5.

Always great service coming by this office to do business. Greeted with a smile, prompt assistance, and so so much faster than going to the actual post office. Lazy clerk was rude. I walked in and told her I was there to pick up a package. She said to go to the one on the second street. She was sitting down, didn't even check. Well, the package wasn't at the one on 2nd Street so I called USPS and they said it was at the first post office I went to. So I went back to the first one and there was a different clerk thank God she check and my package was there!! I was so mad!

Today when I mailed out a package Priority mail, I had a older man help me. While he was putting tape on my package I asked him if he could put more on the sides because it looked like it needed more to be secure. One of the ladies that worked there said to him, "Wow she is criticizing your taping". I said I didn't mean to be picky and he responded, " I have a long line of people and I've done all these packages". It seemed as though it ticked him off that I had the nerve to asked him to do his job. At other locations I never have to ask them to put more tape to make it sure it is secure. I think he might have been the owner or a new employee. Just because we are going through this hard time does not give people the right to be RUDE and ARROGANT. Be lucky you are ESSENTIAL. Needless to say i was very disappointed by his poor customer service skills.
