Always great service coming by this office to do business. Greeted with a smile, prompt assistance, and so so much faster than going to the actual post office. Thank you for continuing to take care of your customers and exemplifying what right looks like. As a business person this is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work.

Today when I mailed out a package Priority mail, I had a older man help me. While he was putting tape on my package I asked him if he could put more on the sides because it looked like it needed more to be secure. One of the ladies that worked there said to him, "Wow she is criticizing your taping". I said I didn't mean to be picky and he responded, " I have a long line of people and I've done all these packages". It seemed as though it ticked him off that I had the nerve to asked him to do his job. At other locations I never have to ask them to put more tape to make it sure it is secure. I think he might have been the owner or a new employee. Just because we are going through this hard time does not give people the right to be RUDE and ARROGANT. Be lucky you are ESSENTIAL. Needless to say i was very disappointed by his poor customer service skills.

Lazy clerk was rude. I walked in and told her I was there to pick up a package. She said to go to the one on the second street. She was sitting down, didn't even check. Well, the package wasn't at the one on 2nd Street so I called USPS and they said it was at the first post office I went to. So I went back to the first one and there was a different clerk thank God she check and my package was there!! I was so mad!

Just mailed out a package and I loved the lady working here. She was nice, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. Very patient and happy. I NEVER meet post office employees like that. Most seem to hate their job and are mad at you for making them work. :)

Nearly every time I go there, there is the same awesome woman that works there who always helps me find the best container and way to to ship. She is quick and smart and does her job perfectly IMHO. They are open a little later than usual, which is a big help. Cash only, but there is an ATM in house, but it charges a fee. I used to go to UPS, but I have found these guys to be consistently much cheaper!

I will never go there again. I walked in to the postal services side to purchase a money order that you can buy at other post offices. They directed me to the notary services side where they had people sitting around. I waited patiently to be helped by one of the two ladies working there. There wasn't a system of how they gauged who was next, no line roped off, no sign for money orders here, or license plates here, or line starts here and wait to be acknowledged. I'm standing there waiting patiently to see if the people that was already in there sitting down was finished or still being helped. Then walks in a lady with a license plate and the girl behind the counter acknowledged the woman and proceeded to ring up a receipt for her, so I said excuse me can you help me when you're done. The girl behind the counter didn't even look at me and waited about 10 seconds and motioned to the people that were sitting down and said “ after I help him and then them and those gentlemen. But I thought she was finished with them since she was available to handle the transaction for the woman who walked in 3-4 minutes behind me. I get that the girl may have been trying to allow the woman behind me to quickly drop a license plate off, but she had no idea how quick my transaction would've been since she didn't even ask what I needed, and she still took 3-5 minutes to finish the ladies transaction. Then she went back to helping her previous customers, the ones who were sitting down already. Once, I finally got helped by the other lady in there my transaction only took up 3-5 minutes. They are disorderly and unorganized.

There's never a long line and everyone is beyond friendly. Only downside is that it's a cash only spot but you can drop off prepaid there as well
