Going on 3 years, I use this post office almost 3 times a week for personal and professional needs. Never had an issue with staff or anything else. They have been attentive and understanding. They help you and go out of their way to do it too.

Never had mail issues until mailing a graduation card with money.The Breckenridge maillady had to have taken it because I put it in my box just before she picked it up. It never made it to it’s destination .

Took my # and told me he will call me since he didnt have the time to look for my mail and i waited in line to pick it up. Anyways BY NO ONE SUPRISE. I didnt get a call and now trying to call them to figure out whats going on with my mail IS impossible to get an agent on the phone. goodluck not happening. thanks for nothing 0 stars if i could.

Even having the direct phone line and not the 1800 number, you still can't get anyone on the phone after 10 rings for the operator it just does a busy signal. Ridiculous

There's literally only one woman here who knows what shes doing. I wish I knew her name but she's very small and is always smiling. Everyone else is not only bad at their job but also have rotten attitudes. Speaks volumes to their work environment that everyone is like that.

The staff at this post office are incredibly rude and downright unprofessional. They talk down to people like you're bothering them just for showing up. On top of that, they constantly lose packages, and if you wait for a receipt (because they’ve lost so many before), they act like you’re the problem. Sorry, but when your location has a track record of things going missing, people have the right to protect themselves. The attitude here is disgusting, and the way they treat customers is offensive. If you can avoid this location, do it.

Just take the drive to Baton Rouge if you need your fingerprints done for a background check/identity summary check for a job or anything. Don't waste your time,effort,money,or energy.

I mailed a gift card in an envelope to my friend’s house on 12/21/24 and it hasn’t reached till this day. We went to the post office today and she said that it’s probably lost or stolen and there is absolutely nothing we could do about it. I had no tracking on it but she straightforwardly said that there would be no reimbursement if the ye couldn’t find it. I doubt it would’ve been stolen because friend literally lives away from people on a farm. Worst experience, waste of my money, and hate the post office people in general. Post office branch is so ghetto.

Your carriers need to learn how to read labels deliver packages at the right address. Now my package is considered stolen because the other party who received my package said that they do not have it, when the carrier tried to retrieve it from the wrong address. Now I can’t get evidence from USPS stating that it was stolen, to try and get a refund from the company I purchased my goods from.
