I had no wait, Will helped me and was absolutely amazing! He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. (I went in for a phone upgrade and pricing). He was very nice and just overall wonderful. He deserves a raise!!!

You have your good experiences with Verizon and you have your bad, however with my visit it was awesome. If you ever go to this Verizon, you better be asking specifically for Steven. Steven will get you what you need and make sure you get the best deals for it. He will not lead you in the wrong direction and will have you leaving the store happy. Cannot stress this enough Steven is just built differently, way to go Steven. 10/10 would recommend

I cannot stress how important good customer service is, especially in a industry like this. And these guys acceded every expectation I could have possibly had. Specially Chris the one who helped us, he got everything set up with way better deals and phones then we even originally were hoping for. And he has stayed in contact afterwards to make sure there is nothing else we need or any other way he can help us. I was an ATT customer for over 15 years until I walked into the ATT down Gause. Needless to say, these guys earned a customer for life.

Went to this location Wednesday around 6:00 PM. When I walked in the door, there were two associates there and no one even acknowledged me. I stood there for about five minutes, waiting to speak with someone and still nothing. After that I had a seat for maybe another 10 minutes and nobody said 1 one to me .

These guys are top notch. Mr. Dunbar went above and beyond to explain to me how each plan works and the benefits that come with them. I was very impressed with his knowledge of not just the sales part but also how my new phone works. Every question I had he had the answer immediately. Very impressive. I was pleasantly surprised with Brennan’s excellent customer service skills, as he corrected a problem from a different Verizon store. He helped me with a smile on his face at no charge. 10/10 would recommend this location for problem solving.

They really don't make you feel like you have options and neglect to tell you 5 mine away you can get all the phones the don't have and they want to charge more up front. I was told I had only two phones to choose from. And a huge down payment a mile away. I got the same phone and paid 1/4 less and actually felt like I had a choice the store really is a bad look on Verizon as nd as lmost made it me look else where. The other store is the 5 stars winner I know I know retail corporate bla bla that's no excuse to be a good sales person.
