I'm giving a 5 star review because of the good employee I dealt with.First off, I placed an online order for a snowglobe. It sent me a notification saying that the order had been fulfilled, and was ready for pickup.This location is about a 30 minute drive from me, so, I called first to confirm that they had the snow globe in stock and that they had put it to the side for me to pick it up.The first woman I spoke too, transferred me while I was explaining, like in the middle of me talking.The next person I talked to, when I explained that I was trying to verify the order had been fulfilled, she said that they did not have the snow globe in the store yet. and not to trust the online inventories. and that they didnt have any of that stuff in the store yet. This was around 10am.Went ahead and drove over there. Went to the photo counter to pick up my snowglobe, and sure enough the order had been fulfilled and set aside in the back. The woman working the photo counter, Her name started with an "A" but my phone autocorrected her name to "amish". But SHE was helpful and nice and professional. and that would've been around 11:30am.

Slowest pharmacy in the country. Frequently wait over 45mins inside or in the drive thru to pick up prescriptions.

Keep cancelling parts of my curbside orders. I have gone in to pick up my order and see the items I ordered still sitting in the shelves. This also affects the deals that require you to spend a certain amount to get back Walgreens cash.THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR IS NOT COUPONER FRIENDLY. WHEN THEIR CATALINA MACHINE ISN'T WORKING THEY NEVER WANT TO GIVE YOU YOUR REWARDS OWED AS PER THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. you're lucky if you find someone who is helpful at all at this store.

Telemedicine for horrible ear infection. Put prescription request in at 8PM. Called multiple times, said it would be ready around 10PM. Face is swollen and in pain. Drove up at 10:30PM. Lady yells across room that insurance isn't going to pay for it. I said I need medicine so I'll pay for it. She then proceeds to tell me it will be hours for it to be filled. These people said 10PM, we called multiple times to confirm, they never once mentioned it wasn't filled or was not covered by insurance. She said it was not their policy. It's 2023, they totally could have told us. Email, text, or call? Now I have to endure 12 more hours of this due to their ignorant negligence. My face is swollen, I'm in pain, and I'm angry. The could have expedited this to take 30 minutes. I would have waited.

I had a package delivered here by fedex. I got an email saying it was here. The employee in photo spent 30 seconds looking for it, said it wasn’t here, come back at 5. Didn’t care I got a notice it was ready. Said fedex hadn’t come yet and I must be wrong. Very offended I asked for a manager, who she said she just talked to but strangely had to page to find him. The manager, Aaron, was much more helpful and found my package after a brief search. Having rude, unhelpful, lying employees that don’t want to spend an extra minute doing their job does not make for a pleasant experience.

Today I went to the pharmacy. The care I got was the best I’ve ever received! I cannot remember the name of the amazing pharmacy representative but she went out of her way to provide extra care for me and for that I am very grateful!!!

Worst Walgreens ever Store # 4007 , Doesn't deserve one star. Wife was stranded in Slidell, La. Sent her emergency cash thru Western Union, Clerk told her they didn't have cash in the drawer and didn't find her in system, Total lie, just didn't want to get the cash out of the safe , Finally did because she wasn't leaving . CVS has a new customer .

The truth is not useful because I made an order online and they only gave me one thing and I ordered three and they only gave me one and that's how the store had the things that I ordered and apart from that they stole my points and the Cashiers don't help or fix them, the orders don't work well, I don't understand why they are like that and I never go back to that store. I prefer to go to the cvs there, if they serve you well, they even help you

The absolute worst Walgreens!! It never fails every time I come to pick up a prescription it’s never ready and that’s after 6-8 hours after the Dr sends it in. So I always have to make 2 trips because they never answer the phone.

Everyone is just rude these days! Cashier with the very low cut, extremely rude! Like, if you don’t want to deal with the public, get a different job! Very unprofessional, has a very lazy, I don’t care attitude!

Horrible customer service… specially if you’re a doctor trying to call in a prescription for a patient. As I’m writting This, i have been on hold for 1 hr and 23 minutes. I went from 2 people ahead of me, to one… in 1 hr and 23 minutes. If this is the doctor’s line… I can only imagine what the wait is for patients.

Went in this am to get prescription filled and they said I need a prior authorization, I just got the prescription from ER. Well I left my paper prescription bc I wasn’t doing $150 cash pay for the meds n forgot my prescription. I go back tonight to get the paper to go somewhere else, lo and behold the prescription is filled already with out a word of contact saying prescription is ready. Crazy!

Pharmacy keeps you on hold then hangs up on you every time you call - you can hear them pick up the phone then immediately hang up. Very unprofessional way to treat customers and I’d expect more from such a large chain.

Every single time i come it is a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour wait in the drive thru. Inside looks twice as bad! They need more 24 hour walgreens in the area. This has gotten progressively worse!

After a day surgery, went in to have a prescription filled. Was told because I have a Tx ID. I wouldn't be able to get it filled. However I have always used Walgreens for anything prescription that I have ever had. how is it that I was told absolutely no...rudeness that is incomprehensible that this has happened. Walgreens has lost a good customer today, I won't let yawl put me in a position like that again
