I take the same meds every month and I always have to wait 2 days to get my 90 day refill. They "accidentally" cancel refills. They can't get my coupons to work the same every month. Charge my insurance instead of using my coupons first which makes me go back to stand in the order line, get that straight, then back to the pick up line. This whole pick up can cost me 45 minutes of my time. Can't wait till Walgreens takes my insurance again.

Super pleasant and helpful employees. Convenient location. Nice selection of organic produce for a smaller town. Lots of parking. Would stop again.

I give it 5 stars only bc of the manager Kim C. She helped me out with an incident I had with the horrible manager Ryan. He said he was the highest manager there and didn't want to give me his managers name so I had to go to customer service to get another's manager since he didn't want to help me. He treated me like a second class citizen and didn't let me get a word out. There was an advertisement for Halloween candy and the dubble bubble box had bats and Halloween theme and he argued and said it wasn't Halloween candy even though it says it's 75 percent off. He didn't want to give me the deal. Also the girl at the pay it yourself named Jessica was also rude to me. I even told her I was sorry for inconveniencing her. She just rolled her eyes. Again only 5 stars thanks to a blessing for Kim C the manager who took care of me. Thank u so much! I will be reporting Ryan and Jessica to the corporate office!

Look at the tattered American flag hanging in.front of the store.it is shredded not a good first impression for customers,CFF,your associates and managers need to practice using this.

Not a clean or friendly Walmart. But it seems most Walmart's have gone down hill in the past few years. It was once a great place for great deals. I'd rather take my business elsewhere. I was loyal to Walmart for many years. Now, they take political stands and barf their company beliefs. So I will take my money somewhere else.

A quick trip to this store to buy a gallon of distilled water and a six-pack of Sam Adams proved interesting. Apparently, despite being rather chronologically gifted, even I needed a supervisor to approve the beer purchase. I found it amusing, and kidded the associate about it. Heck I get routinely carded--yes I am required to show I.D. at the Rite Aid in Bonita where I buy beer by the case almost weekly. Anyway, the supervisor ambled up and roller her eyes after looking at me, quickly pressing the right buttons to let me on my way. In a way, it was sort of fun. That said, this is a very well-stocked and managed Walmart.

Tonight was a total nightmare. Me and my fiance have been working all day and went to Walmart to get some dinner and a bottle of wine. Well' proceeding to the self check out area once checking out my groceries the screen prompted that I would need the approval of an associate to buy the wine. I m thirty years old and I showed her my ID but was told that I wouldn't be able to purchase the wine because I have a duplicate ID. I have never had any problems buying alcohol in the past. I had to then leave my groceries and run out to the parking lot to get my fiance so he could use his ID but they were immediately very rude towards him when he came in saying that they would not sell him the wine because I tried to purchase it. My fiance was very upset by this and told the people working that we needed assistance we were then told we would have to wait and one of the employees got a police officer who was working. I have never been so embarrassed and dealt with so harshly. All we wanted to do was get our dinner and have a nice night. The people working in the self check out area tonight should be fired for their extremely unproffesional behavior. My fiance could have been arrested tonight for absolutely nothing. We will never be going to this Walmart again.

Horrible customer service and management. I'll gladly spend more elsewhere in order to avoid dropping one more penny in this place. Employees could care less about customers. It really all boils down to very poor managers with no social skills and questionable qualifications. Specifically the Natchez drive Slidell location.

The carts are ALL raggedy. They all pull to one side, or have one wheel stuck. Absolute junk. I tried to check my balance at the ATM today, and the thing was out of paper. No one in the customer service area could care less that the piece of junk ATM was out of paper. This place is the worst. I should shop at Rouse's, and quit coming here. Every trip here sucks.

I would be thrilled if they would open more registers. Never more than 2 regular lanes even on busy days. When you ask for more they act like they're doing you a favor. Anytime I can I drive to the Wal-Mart across town. Their customer service is 5 stars.
