Started out a little shaky, I was misinformed via phone, on the Covid booster, when I came in for my appointment, they had no record of it, had to show them the confirmation on my phone. After all of that was settled, pharmacy says, "o, you don't qualify for the Booster any way, no matter what I was told on the phone, no matter if you had an appointment, come back when the rules are more clearer"! Wish they'd said that before they put me through the wringer ...

Walmart did not update their Google account which stated that it opens at 6AM. I was able to be discharged from the hospital the previous night for an injury and having had the rapid covid test come back negative. So at 6:30 I showed up at the store to be told by the greeter that I couldn't enter because I wasn't a first responder. I explained my situation that I was trying to beat the crowds so that I could shop without being worried about being accidentally hit and reinjured. I am now sitting in a wheelchair in front of the door. I find this amusing as I am an essential worker and have not stopped working to keep peoples property safe and my facility running. I respect and appreciate everything the first responders do but we have to realize it is more than first responders who are risking their lives to keep America running.

Rudest pharmacist I’ve ever spoke too. She didn’t have a clue when my prescription would be ready that have been there over a week and refuse to let me speak talked over me. She is very unprofessional I guess that’s why she works at Walmart.
