The employees are rude, unprofessional, and very inconsistent. Yesterday I went to the Ponchartrain location to get a cash advance from a checking account I have in Texas for $2500. Today I went to this location to do the same and they told me they are only allowed to do 2000 a day. I explained to them that I was able to do 2500 the day before at the other location and they still said they couldn’t. I asked to speak to a manager and they had me sit in the waiting area. I waited for 20 minutes and no manager. Got back in line and finally some lady not sure if she was a manager or not tells me she called the other location and they said they messed up yesterday. So I left and went back to the location I went to the day before and they were rude also and told me that the other bank even called them to tell them not to do more than 2000. I later called the customer service and asked them what the daily limit is for a cash advance and customer service said the only limit for a cash advance is what my other bank allows, which is 2500 a day. I will be changing banks very soon due to poor customer service and inconsistent business.

I had the sweetest lady today at the drive up! It was raining cats-n-dogs and she handled the commercial and regular lanes perfectly (w/a smile too)! Not sure what her name is but Jan 11, 2020 @ 10 am I had a wonderful banking experience because of this nice lady!

Love this location They greet you as soon as you walk in the door but the other location down the street I can't say the same.i sit there for 10 minutes Manager and teller just looked at me.never asked can I help you

I am tired of this archaic banking system. This is the second time they have lost my deposit and have to deal with this again. There is no 24/7 customer service like any other large bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
