“Upon needing a suit for a funeral we went in to see what they had. If you’re looking for a supplement to Men’s Wearhouse which recently closed in Slidell - I recommend going to Dillards. And when you do - be sure to see Timothy. He is the absolute most knowledgeable, attentive to detail, color coordinating, customer serving professional when it comes to men’s attire. He gave us all the attention we needed, and put together great colors with the suit, including the right shoes and ties. Honestly - I wouldn’t write this review if it wasn’t for Timothy - he is absolutely amazing!”

“We visited while in the area, and were surprised to see a policeman at the inside front door. I guess it's to prevent grab and go thefts from folks from surrounding parishes. The store was HOT too, but the sun was shining directly into the front door. I guess the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat coming in. All in all, not a bad experience, just hot!”

“12-19-25: I am a big fan of Skeechers and own dozens of their shoes. I visited this outlet and was surprised at the amount of products and the prices were very good.
The staff was helpful and the store is very clean. Good value Good product.
12-23-25 Had to make a return and this store was excellent. Did the return to my card, even offered for me to keep the Skechers tote i received with my order. FAST efficient pleasant service. Many stores sell nicely but very few do the return so we'll.
I will keep coming back.

“Went in to exchange a belt that was too small that I got for my birthday, was close to the 60 day return policy period. Went to the front counter 2 ladies helped me. They got a couple belts for me to try on. They didn't have the one I wanted. So they ordered it, it will be there in a couple of days, and I will have my daughter pick it up. No fuss, no BS just helpful friendly customer service. Thank you🙂”

“My Chico's store in Asheville NC was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. While visiting my son in Slidell, I took my favorite pair of Chico jeans to Slidell store. The clerk, Mona helped me with current style jeans that fit exactly like my favorite pair. She was patient and didn't quit til we had found exactly what I wanted.”

“Small store, but the sales associates were awesome. They were very patient and helped me the entire time while I was searching for the perfect gift for my sister's birthday. She's really particular, and they didn't have exactly what she would've wanted, but the associate found a different set that was just as nice. Then she let me smell nearly a whole shelf of perfumes before I found the right one. Talk about a great sales lady! She didn't try to make me feel bad about being so difficult.”
