“USA Storage on Hwy 42 in Prairieville is a well run and secure storage facility. Each customer has a unique code to operate the entry gate for entrance and exit. Recently I got some things out of our unit and got distracted while loading them into my vehicle outside the unit and failed to walk back over and close and lock the unit. I received a call from a gentleman working at USA Storage, I believe his name is Kenny. During his rounds he found it open and looked up my phone number in their records and called to notify me I had left the unit open! I returned shortly and found nothing disturbed and closed/ locked the door back. Thanks a lot for frequently monitoring your property and promptly notifying me of my mistake so i could return and secure it! Thanks again Kenny!”
