The mail lady is a very sweet person but the post office never answers the phone. What is the point in having a phone?? When you work the job you're suppose to focus on the entire job not just one section

Horrible package handling. Every time I go here they don’t have my packages when my things have been delivered for days and weeks. They lose my packages all the time.
