The staff that have been at this branch for a couple years are absolutely amazing. This branch seems very understaffed. Kacelynn always goes above and beyond to meet my needs.

I love the friendly staff at our Springhill Regions Bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and calls me by name. I love doing business in a small town. I have banked with Regions for years and I plan to continue always.

I love banking with Regions. They helped me by my first car at Springhill Motors, they helped me buy my first home. And paid off my loan. And talks about ways to keep things going well. Thank you.

The manager, Amanda, is a major two-faced individual.... She wants to promise you all sorts of help, personalized services, and understanding of everything that may happen in life. She CANNOT help however, in the case that life may actually happen. Regions Bank charges astronomical fees for all of their accounts and especially overdraft “privileges” should God forbid you ever have to utilize that service. They also cannot exactly explain how their fee schedule actually works. Instead, they like to make you feel inadequate and honestly like a complete idiot. As far as the other employees (most of which have come and gone rapidly over the last few years,) they’re all super nice, but in the world of big banks, are now powerless. My advice would be to go to the local credit union or small town bank if you can find one anymore. Because small-town service is definitely a thing of the past and is certainly not coming back around in the form of “Regions” Bank.... Good luck to all who may enter.
