“We used Bobby’s for some repairs after being rear ended. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with and a very quick turnaround. We dropped the vehicle off, it was done within 2 weeks. When we got home with it we realized our hitch cover didn’t get replaced. My husband talked to them and they said, they would order it and get it fixed and would just have us come back in with the vehicle. They called a within a week and said they had the part. They drive to my work, picked up the car, fixed it, washed the exterior, and brought it back. Phenomenal experience all around. Highly recommend.”

“I was in need of getting a dent repair on my driver side fender due to my sale person promising that she would fix it but never did but I remembered my insurance company referring me to this collision center in Shreveport so I decided to give them a call I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Ashley and Mrs.Shannon they were so helpful and friendly to me working around my schedule so I can meet with them and there team. They Truly helped me every step of the way Mrs. Shannon and her entire staff were always available to answer any questions I had and really took the time to explain the whole process with me and my sisters.I know dealing with some people as-well as running a collision center is sometimes not an easy task, but The Gerber collision and Glass Center Located on Lynbrook Blvd., Shreveport, LA made it all possible through this journey.They are a very dedicated team that will go the extra mile to meet you and your families needs. “My wife was hit from behind and pushed into the trailer hitch of another vehicle. I did not know what to do being this was the first time that I have not been able to drive a vehicle away from an accident. I would just like to say how awesome Hemingway's Collision was to us. We were treated like family from the first day I went in to sign some paperwork for the insurance company, up until I went back this morning to collect belongings and release the vehicle to the insurance company. They treated me better than the insurance company has. Very forthcoming with information, followed up on every call we had. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I know exactly where I'll be taking my vehicle and that is right on down HWY 171 to Hemingway's Collision. Good customer service matters, and they were top notch with theirs.”
