I never will use any other sausage(I have just to try and substitute but it doesn't taste the same) for the meals I make (red beans and rice, Gumbo, etc.). Recently moved to Arizona so I have my husband's mom and dad trade me the sausage for some red chilis and tamales lol.

For deliveries drivers.. Overnight parking, trash dumpsters, no facilities, in and out delivery, exit SR 3276W 5miles off I49, and the smoker smells so FN good.
