The staff was welcoming at first. I had purchased the free screen saver replacement for my iphone14 when I'd originally purchased it here. Apparently ATT has discontinued this plan without explanation to staff or consumer. The tone changed when I said I was there for a screen replacement and became completely defensive and uncooperative. This could be local to this store

Don't trust the salesman there. I was told I qualify for a free watch since I just updated a phone line. The sales representative told me I had to pay the taxes on the watch and my phone bill would not go up. That was a lie. I had the watch for about ten days when I noticed I was getting charged for it and it service. I didn't have any internet plan on this watch. I had to pay for restocking fee that was more than what I paid for the watch. The Manger did nothing to help. I get you're in sales but you don't have to lie to the customer to buy.

Everything was pleasant the workers were very knowledgeable especially the young woman that helped me. She understood my needs and helped me with everything. I left a very satisfied customer.

Cashier Jeavin C was very helpful and nice to me. Explained all my concerns about losing my phone and helped me with a new one and a better plan for me. Very satisfied

employees are very dishonest. we have asked multiple times to have unnecessary add ons removed and were told by multiple employees that they would be, yet nothing has been removed and our bill has yet to go down.honestly at&t as a whole is completely dishonest and overpriced.
