I want to recommend a "hidden gem" of a location for ATT customers, who are either in need of a more personal situation dealing with their services, or just flat out in a hurry and don't have the time to wait for assistance. There's a store (ATT), located in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot (North side strip mall), that has very professional and friendly service members, who are awesome at their jobs. There's never more than 1 or 2 customers inside the store at 1 time, so I have never waited to be seen, and my issues have been taken care of immediately. I go see them with any questions or concerns about my ATT services.Truly, Rob

Very unprofessional! The manager brittany was very rude to me and refused service because of personal reasons that had nothing to do with my sell phone service. I am completely appalled at her behavior she ever kicked me out of the store saying that I got in her face when I was sitting down very calm the entire time.

Went here to try to trade in our phones. We have the next up so I’m thinking it won’t be much. Lady says we need to pay off our phones and pay sells tax. Come out to way more than I would dare pay to upgrade. So I knew it wasn’t right and we went to the other one by Kroger. They informed us that it would be ALOT cheaper than what the other store told us. This is twice I’ve had an issue with this place and I won’t be going back.

I was told I could trade would get 800.00 credit toward Zfold3 paperwork showed trade 00.00 when questioned she said that's just the way it was done then when I called in they said no paying off the phone for 933.26 would not directly show my 800.00 dollar credit when I went back to the store the girl explained my 800.00 credit would be put on as a credit over 36 months this was not explained to me I thought the 800.00 credit would be there and then I said if I want to pay it off do I pay the amount after my credits she so no I would pay the full amount for the phone and I would just lose my credit and to top it all off I thought you had 24 hrs to return the phone without a charge then she said no and charged me 50.00 restocking fee.I will consult a Attorney because if I'm not mistaken this is not legal one its misrepresented and you have a period of time to return anything you purchase the Lady at the store was awesome as she does not make the rules but this is AT&T literally stealing from mimisrepresentation !!!!!

Waited an hour for then to tell me even though I pay my bill...and even though I order a new 5g phone that's on back order there is nothing they can do to get my phone to work to make calls. Thanks at&t way to take care of your loyal customers

I totally understand stand need for employees, but people expect to recieve decent customer service when you visit a store. The young lady that was so gracious to rudely deliver her explanation, like I was stupid, on why I could not "upgrade" my prepaid phone line in an AT&T store and I have to do that at Walmart, she needs a little more time training in the customer service area. Yet, I may have been mistaken in using the term upgrade, because I know that I have to purchase a device and that's really what I wanted to do was purchase an upgraded device for that particular phone line. But let me just take myself right on over to a Walmart and get one of the early Black Friday deals on an AT&T device.

It wasn't the store it's 3 phone system that's horrible and the fact y'all zap sim cards and refuse to reuse for money. I was stranded on the side of the road all night because of att and they continue to be horrible
