The service department was so helpful amd accommodating. I dropped off my car on Sunday night and continued on to work near New Orleans. Destin handled all the warranty information and called the dealership that previously worked on the truck to assist with the discovery of a problem with the previous repair. The entire team was helpful. Great Job! I would definitely recommend your dealership for service or sales.

My two salesmen were very helpful, they helped me to get out of the Santa Cruz. I owned that truck for three weeks, on my birthday it started throwing blue smoke out of the exhust,coming to a stop and had to be towed to the dearlership. After this happened service put me in a loaner which was another Santa Cruz. Iwent to the Sulphur dealership asking for help to get out of both trucks cause I was scared to drive both trucks. I ended up paying over $10,000 in the rears and a higher note but I feel a little safer in the 2023 trail blazer.

Great sales team. Did everything they could do to keep me in my budget and still get the truck I wanted. I just got my first service and it was great! I wish the Lake Charles location was as nice as Sulphur location is!

Stopped in at the service department without an appointment because my vehicle was making noises. I was greeted and my vehicle was almost immediately pulled into the service area to fix it. It was recommended that I do some routine maintenance and I added that too. In and out in just a couple of hours and my vehicle is back to running like new again. Big thank you to Amanda Parks and the entire team at Navarre Chevrolet of Sulphur.

Came in to get an oil changed and fuel filter for my vehicle. Got charged like $60 something for labor that took 2 mins to screw on a fuel filter. We buy a vehicle from Billy Navarre then continue to use Billy Navarre for schedule maintenance to keep our Lifetime Power Train Warranty then we get hit with charges like these…..Not taking care of people that have put trust and invested into you…….

Ashley took great care of my service. she helped locate my parts even though the shop said they had to order them. She also reminded me of upcoming service so I was able to take care of it all at this visit instead of having to come back.

I went there about 2 months ago to get an oil change. They informed me that if I got my oil changed then ( I only had about 3,800 miles) that I would have to pay for it. They said to come back when my oil life gage showed 13 percent. While I was there, they checked the air in my tires. They failed to put back on two valve stem caps.When I went back to get my oil change, the fellow mentioned that the two tire stem caps were off when I got there. They were the ones who didn’t replace them in the first place. The mechanic should have just said that I replaced the two missing tire stem caps.

Amanda, the lady at the desk when you walk in service is super sweet. She greeted me with a smile every time. Even when I was discouraged about my situation with my Tahoe. She called me and updated me about the time frame of my car a few times while it was in the shop. That I appreciate.I can’t say much for the rest of the dealership. I was sold a lemon and the dealership is not willing to fix the problem they created. My 2017 Tahoe has been in the shop 7 times since I bought it a year ago. Literally within the first couple of months of having it. Major things keep going out on it. Transmission, engine brackets, starter, screen that controls the air, windshield wiper motor and much more. We don’t feel safe driving our kids in this Tahoe, but have no choice.Instead of helping make the situation right, a sales person tells me my car is worth half of what it was a year ago and we’d have to put down a big down payment if we wanted to trade it in.The dealership just wants more money from us. We were sold a lemon and they can’t even make it right. We are just dollar signs to them. They don’t care about the safety of their customers.They are nice until you buy a vehicle. Once they got you hooked in, you’re pretty much screwed.

They only get 1 star because we can't choose 0. Don't buy a vehicle from these people.We purchased a Tahoe with these people just a year ago and it's been in the shop 7 times since we got it. My cars already had: engine brackets replaced, starter replaced, windshield wiper motor go out, screen that controls air conditioning go out, review camera go out, handle for middle console not work, now the transmission is in the process of being replaced. Within the first couple of months having it, it went into the shop. And it keeps having to go back in the shop for stuff that shouldn't even be going out on it yet.Not to mention the time their car wash in sulphur on Beglis scratched my car up and their repair guys in Lake Charles had to repair those. Then they over buffed my car and messed my whole hood and roof up by buffing too much of the paint out! Now it's all faded and the scratches they buffed and waxed that go down the doors are still there. They buffed parts that didn't even need to be buffing. They told us it was just to because. In reality they messed it up. I pointed it out and they said they were just trying to do something nice and claimed it was already like that. It wasn't.We tried trading it in with them, but it's worth half of what we paid for last year and they refuse to work any deal with us to get us into something safer. They blame the appraisal price on the economy. If we traded it in with them, we would be 20k upside down. I still can't understand why they can't help us work something out since they are the one who sold us the lemon.

My hats off to Mr. David Figueroa! As always made buying a vehicle a painless easy experience. I’ve bought numerous vehicles from him and I don’t know how but he gets better every time I go see him. For sure the best in the business. Won’t go to any to one else. Got me exactly what I wanted.
