My fiancé goes to doctors in Shreveport for his cancer and he stays with me in Beaumont. So, when it’s time to refill his prescriptions we drive to Sulphur, it’s the closest to us. When we came in today they told us it would be 4 hour wait. ARE YOU SERIOUS? We used to love this place. We were just in Shreveport for 6 months for him to get his STEM CELL TRANSPLANT and just came back a week ago. While sitting here waiting (it’s been almost 2 hours) I can hear the girls in the back using curse words. If, you are facing the pharmacy they are on the left side, stocking. What happened to this place? No one has checked on us. This will be our last time at this pharmacy. Why would we pay someone to treat us like this, when we can go elsewhere. Everyone that is dropping off prescriptions are being told it will be 4-5 hours before their medicines will be ready! His prescriptions are in boxes, no counting needed! Went looking for the manager and some young lady told me she was the store manager. Y’ALL NEED TO DO BETTER! We are the ONLY ONES WAITING!! ***Update*** Just spoke with someone, I guess she is a manager, I couldn’t really tell by the way she was speaking to me. She was rude & very unprofessional! She spoke to me like I was slow, we have been doing this for over 3 years, driving to this location. ( I’m guessing they will hire anyone for a managers position.) She said it’s because they are short staffed. There are 3 workers on the floor walking around and there are 5 pharmacy techs & 1 pharmacist also 2 Store Managers! Doesn’t look like they are short staffed to me.

Went to fill my prescription, the pharmacy cashier said they had the quantity in stock-I prefer to use a certain generic manufacturer over others bc I've used in the past bc certain brands make me sick. When I asked the brand, the cashier handed me back my prescription & claimed they didn't have any in stock (w/ out bothering to check, almost like It was an inconvenience) & this took place after telling me they HAD the medication/quantity in stock. I will NEVER visit this CVS in the future & If working in a pharmacy & being asked questions regarding medication is a problem, they should all find different jobs. I will also be filing a formal complaint bc this is absolutely ridiculous.

This store is supposed to be a UPS drop off location. I called from DEQUINCY to verify before coming here with a giant box. I had some stuff I planned on buying as well, but when I arrived and hauled the box out, doors were locked and no communication on doors as to why it was closed. I called and they were having issues with the power. I had to run another errand and came back and they were open. They took the package and I got a confirmation text a few minutes later. Thank you Brooklyn for your help.

Fred's pharmacy in Vinton was bought out by CVS. CVS is by far the worst pharmacy on the planet. my mom, me and my neighbor go there. scripts are never ready, every time we go there something is messed up or not ready. the employees don't seem to care. Seems to me that if you take on more customers and you want to keep them, you hire more pharmacist. Do whatever you need to do to take care of your customers!!! It's called customer service and you should treat everyone as if they are your best customer!!! I suggest that they hire night shift employees to do nothing but fill scripts all night to keep up. I'm done, going to Walgreens and will bash CVS at every opportunity!!!!

I use to love this pharmacy. Everyone is quitting. There is hardly anyone behind the counter. They said they are 5 days behind today. Scripts are not being filled and a paper one I dropped off last week is no where to be found. I ran out of a daily medicine that was on autofill. Another medicine I need is a liquid that is suppose to last a month and it barely lasted 2 weeks (I used as directed and prescribed by dr). I am having surgery and I am not sure I will have my daily medicines and my post op medicines ready on time currently. I may just have to have everything transferred somewhere else at this point.
